There are very common features between QBT and INSP. Both picked up someones project with the aim of making it commercial. Both have found it beyond their capabilies but nevertheless it can still provide over 0.5 million a year in fees and wages.

Also interesting to note there is a common link between the the two with Mr. Jagatia!

If true! For a great study of RNS reliability go and study what Inspirit Energy had to say over the last 8 years. Discussions always featured heavily, of course what is a discussion? Great progress was always being made, performance was always improving but nothing ever appeared. Interestingly INSP had an entire workforce of 3 or 4 including directors. Of course there's only so far you can spin out a project that has no real hope of success before investors catch on and money becomes harder to raise each time. INSP is now calling time on the 'boundless potential' waste heat recovery system and investors money has been swallowed up to produce absolutely nothing. An RNS from most AIM companies is at best a statement of desperate hope and not a verification of reality.

How many servers would they need in their SaaS to serve a medium mining fleet. ARB have 23,600 servers in Texas. Even if one QBT server could service 10 rigs you are talking thousands of servers for one small client.

This is where being 'hopeful' hits reality. I appreciate why nobody appears to want to discuss technicalities and practicalities of QBTs claims. Easier to be hopeful and throw insults.

Normally the share holders are last in the pecking order when money is distributed. Inspirit Energy would seem to owe money. I doubt being a cash shell affects the way debtors or creditors are treated.

Looking through the accounts very quickly, it looks like any money that could be made through a sale of the cash shell would be consumed by the directors fees owed.

Well folks that's it, your money has gone. There will be no last minute miracle for shareholders.

I think you are misleading people.

The writings on the ASIC paragraph are not clear. My interpretation is there are 2 ASICS being written about an ASIC that will be developed and an ASIC that exists as a working protype that is also to be developed. The confusion is caused by the poor articulation of QBT ( I learned that word from you). I made no attempt to mislead I stated the paragraph was garbled and asked if anyone could decipher it. You gave a jolly wonderful description of the word proprietary, which wasn't the intended topic but thanks anyway. You simply decided to be aggressive and find any excuse to report me.

Can anyone decipher this garbled paragraph. It begins by stating they have a working ASIC prototype. Then go onto say its going to ve developed to confirm performance. Shouldn't that be testing to confirm performance? It then goes on to say they are going to design and build a proprietary ASIC chip for .mining.

What did the working protype ASIC do ?

So they had an ASIC manufactured and are going to have more manufactured. This is very expensive !
