sorry that number is 6%, at 5% that's equal to 165 bopd......im not sure if we are 6% or 5%, ive always assumed 6% for some reason? Need to check that.

HP I get different numbers to you? 400 bopd with PEN's 12% means the total flow is 3300 bopd. At 5% (ive assumed 6% but go on), that's equal to 198 bopd isn't it?

unfortunately that flow optimisation is the 3300 bopd number. We really could do with a higher flow, and if that's as far as they can optimise AJE 4 & 5, we need 6 operational.

my understanding about the low trades is its the MM's balancing trades.

If I'm honest volley the plans are a little wolley, it's not clear which wells are oil and which are gas.... IMO the first if the batch in 2019 could do both.... thereafter I think they are gas biased, but it's not clear..... it IS worth looking over though, and I advise all PIs to review it. Apart from anything it's our sole vision of the future at present

Great you got a response mark (Chris ;).... it does sound a lot more promising .... certainly puff pieces with video interviews, more details on the development plans And production increases it's just what we need)

If we can just get those prod figures up to 5000 BOPD, that should see us profitable (net profit) above 40 dollars a Barrel and I think we're home free. Should be doable with AJE6 online (caveat - hopefully minimal expense getting that operational)

This is the skill with AIM investing Bermo, reading between the lines on the development front..... from what I've seen it looks promising, however the risks are the development costs..... so long as oil is up over 70 bucks I think we're golden..... above 60 we should be ok.... below that and were probs a cash call risk.

In short we need AJE6 pumping, and preferably something doing with AJE4 and 5 "if" They are under performing, and "if" it's possible .... then get those gas wells going

Bermo for me it's flow rates are king in oil... having a trillion tones of crude doesn't help you if it takes a billion years to get it out of the ground, hence IMO the muted response to the CPR. Also when this SP was 1.5p the expected flow rate was near 10,000 BOPD, were now producing 1/3 of That, low and behold the SP is roughly 1/3 of the same data point. Look at PEN jumping on dussafu all because they are hoping for 10000 bopd, even though the reserves are a lot lower than AJE. The business sense is get it out quick, stack the profit then move onto the next one ASAP

Bermo valuing a starter AIM is tricky, it's not the same as valuing a stable FTSE company. Simply taking a multiple of the current profit is not a true representation as 3 years time the flow rates could be double (they may also not be!). In order to value the company, we need to fully understand the dev plan.
