Simms45, Computer909 - thank you both for your candid replies.
Dofmeister, C909, Simms, HH77, BeginnersLuck et al:
Is there a hope in hell of attempting a class action against the directors personally (not the company itself) for criminal negligence/misleading presentations/insider trading?
It was intriguing to read that Norfolk County Council Pension Fund successfully won a huge settlement from Apple for what may have been far less egregious behaviour:

I'm ashamed to admit how much I've lost - a life changing amount, in good faith on the basis of their statements.
Actually 11.8 Gigawatt hours, or 11,800 MWH!
(although to be fair, I think Adam did immediately catch himself and say 4 million kg capacity might be an overestimate).
P.s. well done with SP breakout predictions, and refuting the constant defamation of shorters.
Thanks for your reply C909. I share your dismay at the way we have been treated, but it sounds as though it would be difficult to mobilise sufficient private investors to reach those numbers?

Any idea how many shares you would need to have any sway at the EGM (or combined voting rights of other holders)?
.. airports, government buildings, horticultural glass houses, large offices, public transport interchanges, supermarkets, retail parks.. ?
@ Fenlegal. Fair, but perhaps suitable for single management sites - hospitals, universities, business parks, large factory sites..?
Just as likely to have been a BUY - since it was a higher price than the other sells around that time.
To be fair, several decent buys after 16:30 at over 28p.
Excellent link, thanks Telecom12 !
Very well produced and accessible short feature:
Acciona - one of world's largest construction companies - major plan to decarbonise - sustainability.
Interview with Head of Construction Research & Development Centre - (seemed very genuine and enthusiastic) - for trial period of off-grid site completely managed not to use diesel generators.
'What I like most about AFC technology is its modularity, easy size of scalability and compactness.'
'We are convinced that Afc Energy is a key technological partner that will help us to adopt and implement the use of hydrogen gensets as an essential tool for the decarbonisation of our construction activities.'

All trades at 0.29p and above this morning are BUYS
Der Sack, thanks so much for the extraordinary lucid explanations of the market situation!
No, not in the Telegram group here either, but really appreciate any summaries here! Have bought more this morning.
Thanks RollonRetirement for posting. I realise most of the discussion is over on Telegram, but I'm not there and I really appreciate your posts (and Aandi, Der Sack, Die Sack)
johnnyboy999
don't worry - my BUY (250k @ 0.4529p) also showing as a 'sell' - it's best to ignore the red and blue classification and make your own interpretation.
9.6 million trade just gone through
Encouraging to see some good buys this morning.
The chart you've linked to shows the averaged wholesale cost now at £220/MWh - up from £130 just 12 months ago.
Therefore wholesale figures for any newly agreed contracts are currently 22p/kwh and currently trending steeply upwards.
1M trade at 16.27 @ 0.61p was a BUY not a SELL
