Stokey - yes you're right - postponed to next month, notification shortly.
Thanks Stokey and Tetrolite. Shall seek clarification from Dave.
Sorry folks, I seem to have missed notification of AGM which I believe is only a couple of weeks away. Anyone have details?
Many thanks.
MarcusB - thanks for your efforts on that front. Like you say, it only takes one council to take an interest for it set a chain reaction.
nice one Conkersdeep. Let's keep chipping away at the publicity!
I've spoken with the producer of the programme this morning about Powerhouse to see if it could be included in a follow up series. It could be a possibility.

Rather overblown to describe SP as surging, but a bit more coverage nonetheless:

Silures, I don't think initially Powerhouse will be using a fuel cell for production of electricity. More likely to burn the syngas as fuel for conventional engine and generation.
Of course I'd be delighted for this to evolve.
sorry, all it says is:
at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held yesterday, all resolutions were duly passed
Same here brighterlater, added 75k myself for same reason, and thanks PB.
No, I think those early trades were just 'housekeeping ' transactions - sell from one account and buy back within ISA.
Having just watched the investor evening video I agree with other posters - feel much more trusting of David's authentic and straight forward presentation style than if we had a 'professional' sales type.
(Just increased holding - within HL account)

Rooky, that sounds like a stunning idea. Funding from the council to cover capital start up costs, green lighting planning, giving a permanent solution, the chance for local green energy, and a superb showcase project for PHE.
Please speak to Keith, I found him to be extremely approachable and welcoming of our direct interest.
The restructuring was 1 new share for 200 old ones. You did well with your sell as you could now effectively buy the same shares back for half the price.
AFC is at a very keen price compared with the last few months trading range. It can only be rated as a speculative buy at the moment as the Beta Fuel Cell is not yet on the market, but there has been nothing but good new with progress so far. Broker valuation at over 200p, currently just under 50p. Best detailed information is from 'Fuelcell' on http://www.investorsclub.org.uk (registration is free)
