Well this is a pickle!

Do we vote for it or kill the company? Is the chairman hoping the company be killed and take the diamonds for themselves which has been my thinking for a while, the longer it has taken for the diamonds to show up.

Even in Africa it doesn’t take a year to get something from a bank. There should be an RNS clearly explaining what the issue is and explain what they will be doing once they get the diamonds to reassure shareholders like myself voting against their motions.

I’m 90% down so £7k down at present, so I truly see any future in the company? Currently no, as nothing has changed in the 4 years I’ve been here. Promises made, debt to be repaid none of which has happened. The board can’t even get diamonds out of a bank with a court order for god sake.

Currently I’ll be voting no something in the next week will have to happen to change my mind

Re the appeal seems strange especially with the standards of RNS we have had.

No update that the appeal is finished or expected time frame for decision, seems poor to me

At HW at the moment. This pursuing of the island ferries is a serious mistake at the moment. I understand the logic but it is not the right time to be pursuing it.

The IM caverns needs clarification, at the moment it’s on appeal and I expect it to be favourably for HW and when it does shareholders will need more information as to what HW are going to do with it, not the usual, well we have had some talks but we aren’t so sure.

The funding needs to be sorted as a matter of priority to drive the share price up from the doldrums.

Re the £250m income, we were on target for £100m+ and then suddenly that dropped to £80-100m. The board of HW need to wake up and start delivering some value to Pi or their hopes of major investment from institutions will remain a pipe dream

There hasn’t been to many presents deliver by JW this year. The SP performance has been poor along with some very questionable decisions.

We are now facing questions re finance and future profits. This SP isn’t moving north anytime soon and there’s no quick buck to me made.

I won’t see any value until 2025 when the ship building actually kicks in. A very disappointing year all round

Since the RNS. I think it has to be agreed that it’s a shocker and at present we are a long way off from being a FTSE company.

Last NYE I think JW dropped the news that £20m would be deferred till this year which lead to a 25% drop in the SP. As stated I believed this would’ve been added to this year figure, which it either hasn’t or we are way below the projected figure of 100m target.

I still believe finance is the only thing that is going to move this SP upwards and we are still awaiting it 12 months later. All v disappointing. By this time I would have thought we would be at 20p or close to it, I don’t even think we will see that price this time next year

The board is fascinated with the travel of barges when the SP is tanking.

JW needs to start announcing profitable deals instead of talking about ifs buts and maybes.

I’ll keep harping on that debt financing needs to be sorted out asap as there is no value being given to the shareholder at the moment. This, unfortunately, has turned into a long term hold, initially I was thinking 2 years I now see it as being 5 and I know I will face the usual criticism about the hood of the company etc but we are all here to make money nothing else. I was hopeful to see a return to close to 20p by the end of the year, as no new contracts appear to be on the horizon and the expenditure is increasing I don’t see that figure being reached until April next year when I’m hoping that we will see some sort of profit before tax

Oversold? There’s been a massive dilution yet again, this share can never be over sold!

Is PIs don’t hold enough shares together to stop the resolution being passed

Did I miss an RNS re the placing or someone said last week during the 60% rise that this was forward selling got the placing?

The market doesn’t see it as good news or we would be moving up quickly, they see this as another short term rise to fend off the wolves when we still await the diamonds, 8 months later I may add. As for the BS about we won’t need any further funding for Romania for a year we’ve heard that before. They mightn’t need the cash for that the next time they coming begging but it’ll be to resolve the short term debt that it keeps banging on about

This share is made for day traders, LTH won’t see value in this share unless there’s a massive spike to 1p and they can get out with a less significant lose

This share moving north?

I thought once IM was sorted it would be a relatively safe share sitting around 15-18p until debt sorted, but it appears not.

The Scilly Ferries I think is a non starter. I understand creating a different revenue stream but moving into the daily running of a ferry isn’t a great idea for a company that is primarily a manufacturer and the market sees it as that

And if I remember TDF said this should be 37.5p by now or the boss doesn’t get his bonus, is that still correct?

So no diamonds and basically in the middle of the month

HARL is carrying too much debt at the moment and it is only increasing.

It’ll only have a few options in the near future, secure a bigger credit facility that will see them through to 2025 or raise funds through some more shares been issued or IM being sold sharpish.

HARL will be nowhere near getting back post 20p unless a debt facility is sorted and sorted quickly.

Sub 12p incoming

Sub 16 now…interesting how good news never moves the SP much and bad news tanks it.

Interesting to see yesterdays gains being wiped out and what will come in the next few weeks. I was expecting a 3-4p swing either way of the JR but not being able to hold is a bad sign. I’ll tuck them away for a year and see where we are in Jan and when I do I expect it to be about 22p

Let’s hope it goes our way if not it’ll be carnage here and I would expect 3-4p fall

Finance/loan needs to be sorted ASAP

Once this is resolved we should see a climb but until then we will see it bounce about here

I didn’t think we would see sun 9 but it looks very likely we will see it next week

The extension of the loan needs to be this companies priority at the moment. This should have been resolved 5 months ago yet here we are still waiting with borrowing rates up substantially.

Once this gets sorted out market confidence will return, until then we will be staying here at this ridiculous SP

PREM has risen from around .3 to 1p this year and back at around .52.

I don’t think we want to be like PREM it also took it 9 years to get to production and even then that has guaranteed success.

This share will be lucky to make it to .2 this year. Whilst the basics are there, no results yet. This has dropped 33% in a month so you’re dealing with an AIM share where ur will fluctuate wildly. This share shows no sign of stability at the moment

Tbh I don’t see any good news in this. Basically we are diluting the SP further due to the company not pushing for the diamonds earlier and now that they haven’t got them, this is a panic dilution and at a nice discount.

They’ve put all their eggs in one basket here and that basket has been sitting about for 4 months in a bank.

This is all too short term No forward planning

When it comes down to it, the company has the right to take its diamonds and it’s failed in its obligation to the shareholders to get full value for the company and it’s shareholders, so the failing is on the company and no one else
