Instead of these petty arguments, ships moving about, I think this is the most pertinent post we’ve had on this BB since the weekend!

Where is the audited accounts? I would’ve thought by Monday they would’ve been done but it looks like the company is no rush which doesn’t look good at all!

I wouldn’t like to think we will be waiting until the pat minute for the accounts to be agreed, if we do it raises concerns about the board and its competence

What do we think is going to happen re the share price?

The results were actually quite good, much improved from last year so will we see a bounce or has the market lost confidence due to our failure to audit our books on time?

We find ourselves this morning.

The company doesn’t really show many signs of professionalism does it? This is bread and butter stuff re the accounts. This shouldn’t be a last minute job of getting your house in order.

This continued belief that a Labour Government will support HW in relation to their guarantor I think is misplaced. The issue with being guarantor is that HW is looking 100%, if it was 80% I don’t think there would be a problem.

Let’s hope JW has some back up plan re finance or we really could be in some choppy waters . JW may also have a number of contract wins under his belt too when the next RNS is announced to get people interested in the company again

Unfortunately this nose dive in SP is all of his own making.

Finance should have been sorted a couple of years ago and we can’t rely on government support. The date of the election wasn’t ideal when attempting to secure government support for the loans either, but agin we shouldn’t have had to rely on this.

The money on the books looks good, we have a few irons in the fire that should be confirmed relative soon, but even the dogs on the street know we will be making another lose.

I’m expecting either lunchtime for the RNS to be released

I would’ve expected an RNS by now at least commenting on the decision and whether they will appeal.

The slowness of are PR team being able to respond to things is staggering. There should’ve been a quicker response to the Times article, the delayed to an alarming dip in the SP.

Such a pity, as that would’ve been a money spinner for us.

Looks like the finance will need to announced as a matter of priority

I think I need a couple of thousand bagger to get back to break even.

Once they restructured the shares that was the death of this company. My £7.5k investment is worth £200 so I’m happy to see the death of it to save others losing money

This is what worries me re finance.

This can’t keep getting get down the road. Waiting till December after promising it will be sorted in a few weeks is not want the market or shareholders want to hear. This is a noose that’s been hanging round this company for long enough.

The quicker it’s sorted the better. JW has had plenty of time to do it

This company only a couple of years ago was sitting at .16 and now it’s 0.016 , I think we need to digest that first.

The decision making and lack of communication from this company is shocking, though similar to most AIM companies I’ve had been involved in.

Clontarf pinned its hopes on this and its backfired big style. What needs to be made clear is what is the future of this company, where it’s money is going to come from and when we are to see some return

I would’ve liked to have seen another RNS today challenging the rumours instead of the forced/rushed one from yesterday which was just denial and vague updates in the future.

The communication has been poor this year, finance was meant to be sorted in Q1 of last year and then again Q1 this year and here we are in the middle of Q2 and we are still waiting.

Let’s hope all our eggs aren’t in one basket re funding and there’s a back up plan

I can see trading on this being stopped and I would expect an RNS in the next hour or so stating that.

The sell off didn’t begin at the beginning of todays trading but at around 1045 when you assume phone calls and meetings have happened.

I don’t think it’s a tree shake, it’s now 8.9 to buy so we are looking at over 30% loss on no news.

Either there is somethinb really bad about to happen or they are going to have to raise money through dilutions

I agree re JW needs to make a statement. If he wants to be a FTSE company, if a director saw a loss like that they would be compelled to make a statement

Everyone on the board seems to pretty calm about this 20% drop in the last 1.5 hours

Is no news good news?

Still no finance sorted, thought I like the rumours HW has secured it, but we all thought it would hit its targets too but that didn’t happen.

No news on IM either, no date re judgement. Yes I know their legal advice re mentioning it, didn’t stop JW having some scallops last year though.

To many questions re this company at the moment. All rumour and conjecture. What we need is facts and news to move this and ignite some interest. I think we will be lucky to see 18p this year

And we are sitting at 11.25p…is today just the day to state facts?

It’s been a downward spiral in the 3 times that I’ve invested.

The few years I’ve seems a company promise everything and deivered nothing. It’s time for the board to stop drawing wages and put their own money were their mouth is and start investing in the company by increasing their holdings.

If you’re lucky enough to invest just before the elusive diamonds are/ever handed back take the money and run.

I’ve invested in some companies but the board at VAST are a new breed. I’d rarely say this but any new investors unless traders stay away

The board has delivered nothing but dissolved my holding to be near worthlessness

This new idea is the scam of scams

The board need to start sending some sort of reassurance before the vote.

Something more stable than the usual crap they’ve been churning out. I can’t be confident in a company that has been saying the same thing for years and delivering no share holder value.

They’ve just thrown out random predictions in the RNS on the 14/2 and I don’t think it will be enough to seeing it over the line. They may dig out another positive RNS showing profitability or sustainability before the vote to get it over the line
