Sang.... I have used Oxford as an example. This is not the only avenue for cash for 4D, even though I think likelihood is around 70% that Oxford and 4D find an arrangement. Remember, a lender wants to keep lending to other organisations and probably doesn't want to come across as non-flexible. Also, in my opinion, 0518 data update has further de-risked 4D R&D and the science behind the MRx platform.

Of course I still think that might go sour but even if it does there are other avenues to finding cash. And ultimately as disappointed I am about the way Duncan pitches investors/presents data - I have full confidence in his business acumen and ability to negotiate.

Just my opinion, not here to advise anyone.

Sang, thanks, that's helpful. We probably agree actuallybon most things - I just think that likelihod of money not being found is much, much lower than you do.

And of course you were 100% in this stock which was probably not good for your mental health (I.e. stress).

I also work on probabilities and benchmarking with the remainder of the market.

I think this company has a real potential for an RNS to land one morning with an offer. You can call that ramping but that has happened to me with biotech on nasdaq that was shorted and dermaped to high heavens so I know first hand it's possible.

Also, you have to understand that I cannot disagree with people who think the fact that 4 people out if 16 seems to have their disease stabilised (and these are patients who have essentially exhausted treatment options) is brilliant.

I am not here to debate with people on the definition of the world 'brilliant'. And stop trying to doubt my integrity here, I am one of very few people here NOT pumping and dumping, I am a genuine investor, remember how you used to be proud for being an investor rather than a trader.

In my opinion the negatives with 4D at the moment are down to financial uncertainty and I am hoping we get a positive update re Oxford Finance talks I think Duncan was referring to. The other negative is I think 4D's lack of effectiveness when selling their value proposition to new investors.

But I terms of the science I behind 4D believe it is very positive.

You need to stop being aggressive and condescending if you want to talk to me.

All of the above is just my opinion, unlike people pretending to be experts on this board I am not an expert or an advisor.

Sang... why are you still holding? You say that you do. What are you hoping might happen?

Sang... is there a microbiome company with better results in advanced stage cancer patients? Especially considering it's on RCC ? (Please see Boonco's post below).

Do you agree that biotechs who deliver results tend to find cash? Do you think 4D management will no go on a 6 month team building trip and not look for cash?

Sang... which other company in microbiome space has achieved better results with cancer patients at such an advanced stage of disease progression?

When you combine Phase II a and b?

Do you think Blautix has no commercial potential?

Do you believe that 4D Pharma is a potential takeover target?

If answer to any of the above is YES, then current mcap in my opinion is a JOKE.

Yes, they are not amazing but anyone with any brains here wasn't expecting trials participants to start walking on water. In my opinion, and you can bash it all you like, these are really positive updates. They are showing efficacy.

What we have seen from combined data so far is very encouraging. Certainly in my opinion should make this company worth way north of 80m :)

That's not ramping, it's my opinion. And your concerns re financing are credible, but again I belive in thebmanagement to find the way through as company has too much going for it.

Could I be wrong? Yes. But it's time you started being civil and stopped being condescending. It's unbecoming. Let's play nice.

I believe you unfortunately forgot to mention their trials were essentially unsuccessful.

Sang... you are forgetting you were also very disappointed with management increasing their salaries to be in line with industry standard.

On the face of it not good news. Let's see what RNS will say. In any case buy the company some time to get things moving? If you are a trader this might not be great news. If you are an investor it buy 4D time to line up their catalysts.

Sang... I am not a trader. I have invested here because I am hopeful of a big pharma takeover. I am an investor and, while I acknowledge this is super risky, I do think it has a real potential for the TO to happen.

Not sure where your unprovoked aggression towards me is coming from - I have heard your concern re 4D's cash position, they are credible and have taken them into account, but do think that company has too much going for it to not be able to tie things together while catalysts are being lined up. I could be wrong as I don't have a crystal ball but, but hope I'm not.

I am never pretending to be an expert, just sharing my views. And indeed I have stated that on many occasions - I am not a biotech industry professional. But I do know more than just to judge a biotech company based on their yearly running costs and when people start to spread FUD based on nonsense I do react as I think it is plain unfair.

And everybody knows here I am bullish about 4D as I believe in the potential. That's not really a secret. And yes I have bought in initially above 90p, then above £1.10 and have been averaging down since. So what?
