Masterblast: 'Biotech is an emerging field in some successful business...'
This is just beautiful. Biotech is an emerging field.
Probably the 2022 LSE statement of the year !!! We have a winner.
Christ alive :)
Sang... surely if this board is like a cult and you have jumped ship there is no need for you to be here? And no need for being melodramatic please. Actually no one was praying for you to get cancer.
They said something like: if there was such a thing as karma, then you (Sang) would be riddled with cancer. They were alluding to my earlier statement that shorting promsing cancer biotechs is bad karma.
Their statement was really inappropriate, that's for sure, and then they apologised to you! Surely that settles it?
And since you have openly admitted that you've jumped ship and no longer hold any stock here... it is amazing you are still here on this board! Don't understand this need to keep posting the same narrative over and over again despite not holding any stock here.
You can naturally post wherever you like... and people can filter you. It's a free country. But let's stay civil.
I say this with no sarcasm - wish you all the success with your other investments. All the best.
Thanks gggg21.
It's interesting that Date Lodged is 23rd March, the date of 0518 RCC data update (we received RNS 7am). A coincidence?
Thanks again for sharing, a good find.
Masterblast... I thought you were gonna get in touch with Merck and Pfizer a few days ago and tell them 4D's R&D was a waste of time.
How did that go champ? What did they say? Let us know please.
And thanks for reiterating your PT.
Seems some people here have been spending too much time on those 'tractor websites'.
Side effect of too much exposure to these websites is bad eyesight and delirious SP prediction.
Luckily the condition is not very contagious and affects largely only those with a very low IQ.
Stay safe out there.

Since I’ve been asked a lot:
Buy stock in several companies that make products & services that *you* believe in.
Only sell if you think their products & services are trending worse. Don’t panic when the market does.
This will serve you well in the long-term.
Three options here (we may have covered these before).
1. Sell.
2. Hold
3. Buy
For option 3 you need to be brave and have conviction. That's how successful investors make their money - they buy when there's 'blood in the streets'. Not saying by any means I am advising anyone now to buy, it's a decision (and risk) you need to be comfortable with.
For option 2 you need to remember why you bought in the first place... and assess if those reasons are still valid and how much has truly changed.
For option 1 you just need to be able to perhaps sell at a loss - and be able to live with yourself if the stock rockets in future.
Only you can decide which of the 3 options works for you - the current situation is extremely frustrating and I have no idea how things will be developing until we get some news (hopefully positive ones).
Just my opinion, not an expert/advisor so please do your own due diligence when investing.
Masterblast.... you need to call Merck and tell them. Seriously, do it. They need a sober head like yours to show them the way... maybe they are also deluded investors?
Also, while you're at it call Pfizer and let them know too.
You might want to first Google Merck and Pfizer and you'll see what I'm talking about.
Thanks.
Masterblast.... thanks for letting us know. I have informed SKY and the BBC. Should be on the evening news.
Friendly fire gents. Put them back in your holsters.
We are all a bit edgy - time to pray, sacrifice a goat... whatever you think helps.
Personally I look at the pipeline depth and gives me comfort, but yes this is frustrating. We need some.news from the company to reassure everyone that money is about to git the bank account.
Good luck all genuine holders.
Masterblast... in words of Dart Vader: I find your lack of knowledge of the biotech sector disturbing
Sang, you call me paranoid. But how would you feel if one of the most prominent posters here posted this a few weeks ago, clearly showing he believes people can be manipulated on these boards. Do you know whonposted the below?

RE: Evidently IIs have been buying....13 Apr 2022 15:01
If 4D was such a great investment surely it would be best to keep quiet and accumulate rather than shouting about it on here in the hope that others buy to drive the price up.
Just a thought
Leisurely... I also like to know the risks as I have money invested here. But, there are several posters here repeating the same line for over a week now - clearly as they are trading and looking for the SP to drop. I think that is obvious. In case you didn't catch their narrative, here it is again...
1. Financing looks to be in place for 6 rather than 9 months
2. Management have upped their salaries (which I understand are now broadly in line with industry standard)
3. 0518 RCC trial not brilliant (despite meeting primary endpoint)
4. Market is down so how is the company going to find money?
Now, they have not mentioned that management have significant personal funds invested, that Blautix could provide licensing cash, that at anybpoint we could have a TO offer, that Duncan mentioned negotiating with Oxford Finance, etc.
Now... we might lose our money here, as with any biotech investment... but in my opinion there are so many positives that spreading FUD just to scare PIs into selling should not be tolerated.
Just my opinion, not an advisor. I hold rD phaa shares and think with my own head.
So on this board there are those who believe the management will get finances on track as it has at least 6 months to sort things out (and several potential sources of financing). People who believe this are mostly 4D holders (clearly, otherwise if they didn't believe the company they would sell).
And then there are people who think that management have misled us, that company is gonna go broke... and despite clearly not being invested here they are posting here all day.
I believe that if you have an IQ over 70 you will know why those who are not invested here are posting all day about financing being a problem - or indeed are telling us 4D research is worthless (perhaps those 4 people on the RCC 0518 trial would disagree?)
Just my opinion, not an expert or an advisor. I am 4D Pharma holder.
Thanks in advance. It will help you and all of us here in this board. Good luck finding that special someone!
ILike your style's, it's poetic what you're doing.
Sang... so you reckon 0518 does stimulate the immune system? :)
Nice video btw.
Robins.... DP and AS are heavily invested themselves. Really hoping for some updates re financing soon. If this comes through with flying colours we are laughing, really believe so. Until that happens there will be doubt and PIs will be selling out of fear. Biotech market overall is tanking, but that has to come to an end at some point? Fingers crossed. Good luck to all genuine holders.
Just my opinion.
Sang... that will not be a challenge for 4D I think. That will be something I am hopeful a big pharma can maybe help with as anything to do with commercialisation is not tackled by biotechs traditionally. They just don't know how.
Remember what Keytruda sales are worth to Merck.
Just my opinion, not an advisor.
OK we disagree. I think trial does derisk 4D. Because it shows additional layer of efficacy, on top on Phase IIa.
And this is for a patient population where there is unmet need and it seems to menlike FDA are planning to drop criteria for the Oncology drugs to get approval , if safe which 0518 appears to be.
And as it has big pharma backing presumably (also in Merck's interest to have a complementary treatment maximising Keytruda sales till 2028) we can see something good.
Again, I absolutely don't know any if this for sure, just seems like the kore likely outcome in my opinion.
Again, not here to advise anyone. Just my opinion as a non-expert.
