I find the fact that people who are reportedly out spend all day deramping here either very sad (in case they have no vested interest) or simply deplorable (if they are shorting). I understand if people sell and want to share why they have sold- that might be even considered ethical- but when they are doing it for a month... Enough said. We need people to point out the negatives but also not to succumb to the hysteria and panic as the wider market is being merciless.

We are all very frustrated by the market and are going through apparently the worst drop XBI has seen in ages, so staying positive is more difficult than ever across biotech sector.

Martyn... I hold stock here :) And also don't think BoD would be happy with £1. Unless there are exceptional circumstances (I.e. zombie attack).

Everything I write is just my opinion as a frustrated 4D holder.

I don't know under what circumstances I'd be ready to even think about £1, let alone accept it. No way.

Just my opinion, not an advisor/expert. If an offer comes make a decision that you can live with, I certainly will.

Sang... all you are doing is pasting yet again the details of the loan agreement and repeating that you don't know whether that money is included in 15.5m company stated it had on 31st Dec.

All this whilst claiming there is nothing for you to ask 4D about.getting tiring this.

Also your sarcasm about the comment re the cathedral. He was in a 50min interview so this is called a 'filler'. Come on Sang.

And the intro, where he was asked about his background - I think was there to remind people this is jot his first rodeo and that he started off (if I remember correctly) as an investment manager. So when people start panicking about company going broke it's perhaps worth thinking what DP and AS would stand to lose and whether they are just going through the motions and playing by ear. You clearly think they do Sang.

I think he was trying to calm investors by reassuring that a plan is in place. I didn't like the fact that financing was not discussed. But I cannot speculate why, could be for any number of reasons.

Until we have some positive news re financing PIs will be pancking and selling. That's why only a few people make money from investing I think.

Are you mid/long term here? I.e. are you happy to give 4D some time?

Or perhaps there wouldn't be any coughing involved. Just a loud FU.

Sileng... there is funding, to my knowledge for another 5 months, during which period we are expecting an update from Oxford Finance, vaccine payment and any other revenue source (we might not even be aware of currently)

SP is in decline- but so is the entire biotech market. Look at XBI. Most of Nasdaq bitech in high single/low double digits red territory. Bloodbath. So, not specific only to 4D I think.

And is there something brewing? Well, in my opinion, I think there is. I have absolutely no proof but do belive that 4D management are not sitting idle. Again, no proof but simply a gut feel based on management statements and the strength of 4D's pipeline.

So yes, I don't think k wild ramping is helpful here but perhaps the situation is not as catastrophic as it seems (it is bad , I agree, and XBI dropping like we are under alien attack is not for everyone).

Jus my opinion, not an expert. Or an advisor. Just a worried but cautiously optimistic 4D investor.

Btw... let's try and stay real with our expectations. Vaccine milestone payment will not catapult us to 4gbp :)

That said, it should help pay for the office stationery and provide a positive signal to the market. I am still waiting for something re Oxford Finance - and I don't think BoD have gone on a holiday.

Sang... you don't know this company inside out. You have only done your best analysis based on the information in public domain... that's all. And you are very good at that You, you really have trawled everything there is online. But you know nothing more - unless you're an insider? And I believe/hope there are many things in the works that we don't know about as private investors, AND I am hoping that BoD heavily invested in this company is not on annual leave at the moment.

Yes I am positive about this company as I believe in it. Which is why I have invested in it - but clearly I could be very wrong. And I ultimately believe that finances will be secured but I have no way of knowing this for sure. So it's risky for me but I don't think it's as risky as you claim it to be. I think there are several.routes to cash for 4D and I have decided to hold, but could be wrong.

So understand this: the time you have spent over the last 4 years analysing this company doesn't mean you know the future, or indeed what talks/agreements they might be having in store. You have only made a judgement call to sell based on market being battered daily and on the fact that 4D will need cash later in the year. But you don't know what they are doing RIGHT NOW about it and you sound very confident about your forecasts but really it's all very doom and gloom from you.
