ZYX, I hope I am not misrepresenting you but from the comment you made over on the RKH board you appear to be suggesting that Borders shall we call it micro first phase development plan at 600 odd million dollars is not realistic. BOR have very much hung their hat on this since it was announced so it leaves me wondering why they would release to the markets and the industry a plan which is completely unachievable, this would surely severely dent their credibility in any negotiations.

Mogger, I really cannot understand why you keep worrying about other people's holdings and whether they know what they are doing, why not just stick to your own. The fact you are unable to do that says loads about your character......and thats not a compliment.

Mogger is one of those people who thinks he is so smart that he can convince you that words in the english language which you have understood to mean one thing actually mean something totally different. Examples of people like him whom you might come across in life would include many politicians and others like Alistair Campbell. Personally I can think of few people worse to be compared to than Alistair Campbell.....but that is just me.
