I would reiterate again Vampa, there is no evidence at all tight now to support the opinion....and that is all it is.....that the licences will not be renewed. Lets look at some evidence that does exist, ADB has just increased his holding to over 15%, so ask youself two questions, firstly do you think it is likely that he is better connected than anyone posting on this or the RKH board?.......and secondly do you think it is in any way likely that he would be buying even more shares if he thought BOR were going to lose their licences in 11 months time. Ask yourself those questions and then maybe you might look at some the "intelligent sounding" chatter on thr other board differently.

Vampa, I do think it curious that you find our largest holder increasing as unsettling, but as to the licence renewal and money no one has any evidence at this point to say they wont be renewed as they have been in the past, no matter how cleverly they try to put it. It might interest you that a certain mogger made the same arguments on here about the cash and licences 18 months ago.....and was 100% wrong, which of course he didnt like when pointed out to him.

I think it would be beyond bizarre were there to be a genuine reason for this slight drop coming as it does barely two days after our biggest shareholder increases his position

A day after ADB announced increased holding, games again, but this is still an all or nothing share as it has been for years, the prospect of all is now much higher than it was a few years ago, but still nothing is certain until it happens.

And well done indeed on that Buffit, but there will always be some who sell, that is how ADB has very slowly and carefully built his position.

In my opinion the labour government will never u turn on the EPL, it would upset too many of their already limited followers and it isnt really a vote winning issue on its own without a total change of energy policy which just wont happen with Miliband there.

I didnt know what to expect here on sealion FID to be honest, but I did have the feeling some on the RKH board were somewhat over optimistic. Something has to move here soon, there is only so long that Harry can keep saying we have a lot of interest, but when I am wondering what to do I remind myself that ADB and the Newmans hold almost 20% and havent sold a thing.

The clock is now definitely ticking for me, we have had encouraging words from the board but I want to see actual progress before the next scheduled update.

Brightspot, you are right, the next six months will decide Borders fortunes, but I have two questions regarding your post, you refer to credible chat, but what and when are you referring to....... or do you just mean something on these chat boards......also your post appears to almost infer to me that Navitas is the only game in town for Borders, when the updates we have received from the company suggest otherwise.
