Tincan, for the auditors to sign off the annual accounts for year end December 2023 the company has to pass the going concern test, so cash raise will be Jan Feb at latest but more probably November or December......if a cash raise is required.

Beancountng, or should it be Mr Bean, you post as though what you say is somehow news.......it isnt, the cash position is exactly as expected. To me the RNS is exactly as I expected, much more positive in tone though, leading me to believe we may be closer to something than realised.

The optimist in me hopes for progress at the end of the month, but the pessimist is so used to the same sort of RNS.

Regardless of exacly when it happens, there are only two options, a cash raise from shareholders or cash from an external source, we know its coming and I just hope we actually get the hint of some progress at the end of this month. If more money is needed from shareholders I will take part, we are getting to the endgame here.

The question was very specific Nigel, and it was a question of law, the minister was asked if the FIs were subject to UK climate legislation and the answer was a clear No, granted any government can change the law but that is the situation as it stands.

To amplify I am sure the question was asked specifically in the commons late last year as to whether the FIs were subject to UK Climate change targets and the answer was very definitely that they were not.

I personally dont know why people go onto boards where they are not invested just to antagonise, what does irritate me is the patronising attitude of some as though they are here to "educate" the rest of us and we are somehow just stupid children. People are allowed to make their own investment decisions and others should respect that, I for one have been here a long time, I am well aware of the risks and am prepared to take them, anyone who cannot respect that is arrogant and lacks manners.
