Its curious that no one appears to be taking any notice of the increasing holdings, what was it Harry said in the Malcy blog I think, over half the company is now owned by 10 individuals. I would be lying if I said it wasnt anywhere in my mind about the company being taken private, but I just dont see this as the same as Argos.

I suspect buzz thomas nobody has answered because any person with a bit of intelligence is capable of working it out themselves, look at the company accounts if you are interested ....then look at the new share allocations and times them by 1.5p....if you are not capable of that then maybe you shouldnt be wasting the time of others.

Gus, I appreciate that this might not be for a while before you get another meeting with Harry, but I wonder whether they are trying to write some sort of timescale commitment into any farm in, I would hate them to repeat RKHs situation with Premier where the farm in was done then the actual development just went on the back burner.

Maybe a better question from me would be is the company in any way directly impacted the UK government's attitude to fossil fuels and net zero legislation.

Dont know if he will be able to answer this but would like to know if the new investment bank has yet had any impact on the financing/ farm in process, if so is he able at all to elaborate.

I have reflected on this further and for me the cash raise just coming from the board and major shareholder sends a really strong message of intent that cash is available and anyone hoping the company will just run out of money so they can then take over the licences for peanuts is going to be disappointed.

The problem we have is that the buyer is happy to accumulate slowly, meaning MMs can play the games they are playing. The next RNS before the end of the year regarding funding is going to be crucial, I would settle for a placement allowing me to buy more shares, licence renewal then away we go again with hopefully a deal being done H1 2025

Well we have thought it many times before, but we really are entering endgame for the FIs, there will be news on the north basin and by this time next year Rodney we will all know if our faith in BOR was wise or not. ATB

.......just as a further point having read the paragraphs you quote if you think those are similar then I dare say you could find the same "similarities" with umpteen other company's RNSs.

Thought I had logged onto the wrong board for a second, curious Mogger as to why to you are here posting, are you invested? I know you are invested in RKH, as am I.

I may be missing something but having scanned the RNS again I cannot see any refernce to the impending need for a cash raise, unless I am misinterpretting something.
