Well let's just answer it in a very easy logical manner.
Say Parsortix already had FDA approval and the labs did not exist. Then a few years later AGL decided to open a couple of labs for contracted work using the Parsortix device. Would the FDA have to withdraw the approval until the labs achieved accreditation, would it's use have to cease until the the labs were accredited? No
Does every medical device seeking approval require associated accredited labs? No.

Because the idiot is under the impression that we need lab accreditation before we can get FDA
