I think that the dividends are more important than just the cash, they will be a milestone on the road to recovery and seen to be so, they will add a lot of credibility to the Bank, increasing demand and making it more difficult to influence the SP, allowing it to rise to a proper valuation.

Forgive me for actually talking about the share here but I too have a feeling that things might have changed, SP moving up on smaller volumes and generally seems to want to rise. Hopefully things have changed for a good year ending, which brings me to..... A price anybody?
