I haven't said this for a while but we are the worst performing Euro bank share today so far, 8.30 SP taken down in three stage, as per usual, so nothing has changed here! Bring on the consolidation on Friday and hope something does actually change

Happens on the 7th, goes live on the 10th. Biggest volumes recently, and the momentum is up, I hope this accursed share is going to start behaving like a normal share soon, I mean aib valued at almost 17bn and BoI at just 7bn+, hello what the f... is going on?

I have to agree, fill your boots, wait for the dividends next year and sit back and watch it grow. However it has been a tortuous few years!

Roll on! Thanks, actually think I'll put my hand in my pocket tomorrow to top up and lower the average.

When is the consolidation due to happen? Not soon enough! We seem to be be in a different era here, like 2011!

What a wonderland!

Probably 140m of the 145m shares sold today were over .225 yet we finish, always the close, at .222! Down .5%, this and worse happens every day! That's down 10% in as many days, for a well performing national pillar bank it's a disgrace, this has been going on and on, for 2 years, do something about it!

Now Prem Watsa likes owning banks and he keeps selling bits of BoI that depress the SP, then I read that Boucher is going to work for him! Well, I say, no wonder BoI do nothing about the depressed SP! Is it all fitting together?

Dividend here due, Bozi a much better funded Bank, a 30% undervalued SP, 70% of shares not at the vagaries of politicians, and someone would actually consider the alternative, buying AIB! It's a crazy world ok, but hey, not completely crazy! This is a bargain.

Why would these people not buy an underpriced better entity in favour of an overpriced inferior bank? I'm boggled!

Because BoI is being kept down and should really be valued at about .30c, imo it is a far better and safer buy to AIB, the devil you know etc.... due a big recovery here.

Coincidentally I called him today at about 11, he needs to get it in writing, aidan.cronin@ise.ie will find him. Next stop Central Bank, and ECB if necessary!

Despite Moody's upgrade today the SP continues south, contrary to other banks. The upper valuation of AIB is almost twice the value of our bank here!! Must make these the best priced bank shares about, but not if you already hold of course!

On the 19th of April, six weeks ago I wrote on here, 'Personally I think she has made as big a mistake a Cameron, and there will not be a majority gov for a long time to come in uk, tearing the place apart, the 64% of the electorate who did not vote for Brexit get a voice. 7 weeks is a long time in politics, particularly in the present climate'. Well things are looking up for me to collect from Paddy Power! Win win you might say!

SP actually brought down today in real world, .40%, on last trade as usual! Up all afternoon until then. Nobody actually getting out here, just dumping shares from one hand to the other in order to bring SP down. If AIB is worth €13bn, as I said earlier, this should be valued at .40c per share!

Now it appears that 28% of AIB might be sold, at a valuation of 13bn for the bank. The equivalent SP for us here, presuming a reasonable equivalence, would be 40c! So why are we heading for half that?
