Ha ha about the 666, not sure it's not an appropriate number for this monster! However the div. will be based on the new share listing, no adverse changes.
If you choose to add another 10000 shares to your existing holding, after the 30 to 1 reverse split, you will have 1000 of the new shares of exactly the same value. Definitely the way forward.
I think we will see it nudging 9€ by Sept. it's only where it should be, but I have been wrong before! This will make it more difficult to mess with the SP. Imho.
The end of the world is factored into this share, every bit of bad news is use to cover the naked manipulation of the SP downward, so yes expect the worst again!
Correction... Mr Market Maker wants us to be worth about 8bn. or less. Purchase of this share should come with a Wealth warning, 'you will never make any money'!
I really think at this stage there should be a criminal investigation into the behaviour of the SP, particularly at close, nobody here seems to give a shyt, happy to loose their money!
I think they are in the process of addressing this area with the half billion IT investment already underway, one of the reasons we didn't get the dividend, this I would like to think will all be well in place when the cashless culture actually takes hold.
However yes it is a slow start.
Well I'm happy to observe that we are the best little bank share in europe today! If AIB to be sold at a valuation of €12bn
then our SP should be in the region of 40c., I'd be happy with that too.
The odd thing is BoI is in much less of a mess than most, profitable company, thriving economy, the unknowns are everybody unknowns, and yet the SP goes down and down, I'm not surprised just reminding others that this is not normal behaviour.
Down, down, down. If John Macs theory is correct then this is endgame shortly for the valuation and sale of AIB shares so unfortunately we can expect more of the same, worst share in Europe today!
Yes indeed, but that's the way this share has been worked for a couple of years now, can't go on for ever, get the last of your cheap shares, particularly with AIB results and sell off.
