I think there was a very big trade late yesterday that might suggest a further welcome reduction in the short position, hopefully. Or perhaps it was just someone ‘Selling in May and ……

What worries me is that on relatively good news, POO, we are being drifted down by manipulative forces, if the markets take a shock we could easily be hit with a punitive 20%+ drop for no good reason, it has happened a number of times before.
The shorters are waiting for this and will gladly assist.

We are down 10% in a week, it could seem like quite a while to the agm at this rate!

Basically the mm’s can have a field day with these volumes hence the price goes down silly like! I hope they take the opportunity to close shorts while they are at it and eff off to let us get on up to £1.

It’s quit strange the way our SP follows BP, if you compare the the two graphs, however ours has its own unique spikes, mainly down. Whoever is manipulating our share must have their algo characteristics set to follow BP, and then throw in a few wobblers! Need to loose this before our SP makes any real recovery IMO.

Because he is just a gambler, an addiction that’s very difficult to give up once you are hooked.

What worries me is that these cornered rats could do a lot of damage to the SP in their desperation, be prepared for a few rough events like we have seen before.
In the end however all will be worth it. IMO

Hopefully they will see the light and become Long Term Holders!

In addition to the bond issue, Tullow has received $600m of liquidity commitments. This comprises a $500m revolving credit facility and a $100m letter of credit facility. We do not expect Tullow to draw down these facilities and they provide liquidity headroom over and above the company’s requirements. Overall, the bond issuance, liquidity commitments and bond and facility redemptions are leverage neutral for the company.

Equity not required
We consider this refinancing to be transformational for the company. Tullow now has a clear financial runway, with the next debt maturity not taking place until the $800m senior bond in 2025. The fact that this refinancing can be achieved without issuing fresh equity is clearly positive for the share price.
