The important point I was making is that someone paid top dollar, £1.95 for two million shares at lunchtime yesterday, quite significant.

At 13.03 almost 2 million shares sold at 1.95, yet SP down 2.5%!

Funny how Afren comes to mind.

Perhaps they were reading some of the derampers around that time! Lol.

The drop timed exactly with N America opening, usual manipulation, probably GS helping scum shorters to get out!
LTH are well used to this!

Though in reality it’s just a very clear example of the crude manipulation that has been going on for the last two years, imo

Positions have been corrected and more exiting, at least some good news.

Don’t make me laugh, you shouldn’t be allowed own shares here if you can’t follow the pattern of obvious manipulation. ‘We would be in the 40s’, ‘15% like BP etc’… We were down at 40 recently for no reason except manipulation! We should be at high 60s considering POO and fundamental turnaround in the company.

I think it should be corrected to 4.14, but who knows with TLW and it’s parallel universe, anything is possible.

YoungEngineer, by the time you are OldEngineer you might learn to spot a scam, and Tullow is being scammed!

Half a million shares just dumped to bring the price from 48 down to 47, they will keep this up as they have deep pockets!
But be patient, great results and that's just for starters, shorters for the main course!

I would have thought that the next acquisition of $1B+ should impress any market or any ratings agency!
But apparently not, strange.

The present SP is in a barely parallel universe and has little to do with the real world, oil price, Tlw fundamentals etc
It is being taken, manipulated, to where some parasites for whatever reasons want it, easily done on recent low volumes.
Sure it’s very frustrating for LTH but we have been here before, I’m confident we will rise soon, but it might get bumpier yet before results.

MFS had 7.57% before this announcement, biggest share holders I think.

Personally I believe that someone wants the assets but not the company, ie not the debt, being trying to force Tullow into admin since late 2019, Odey et al spotted this and joined in shorting, however they seem to have failed. Might be why we paid over the odds for debt restructuring, and explains the inexplicable SP movements over last two years, AIMO.
