The SP does not reflect the value of the company, IMO, and certainly does not reflect the impending GoI contribution.
The special dividend is just that, and should not decrease the present value as it basically a windfall.

Average vol. is about 9m, yesterday 7.5m, some days last week above 9m. Trades are buoyant.

The downward movement of the SP would suggest as much! Typical.
