I've added this morning. Revenue 2% ahead of January TU and Adj Ebitda 6% ahead. Little risky with the delay but I'm comfortable with it.

Yeah I don't believe cash is an issue. Think they have c$350m with milestone payments from Royalty Pharma. I don't see royalties realistically kicking in until 2026 at the earliest though, think more likely 2027. Even if it is 2027, they have plenty of cash to last until then. Especially if Seaport lists on Nasdaq.

Why's it not good? It reiterates in my mind that FXPO doesn't have anything to answer for, at least in this instance. The case looks to be against Zhevago, not Poltava Mining.

I was thinking yesterday someone could put a number on PRTC like $600m and it wouldn't cost them a penny with cash on the balance sheet, milestone payments and royalties for cobenfy. Literally values the rest of the assets at 0

It's definitely not finished. I think Seafox are going to distribute down to 0. They're currently at 6% plus. It's whoever they distribute to that is selling, some may hold of course, we'll have to wait and see.

Hi Barnacle. New here so sorry if this is a stupid question. I actually downloaded Balatro through Apple Arcade. Do we know what the commercial agreement is with Apple. There's obviously no money changing hands at point of sale.

As an aside, Balatro is bloody addictive by the way.

I emailed this morning asking why there has been no end of year update. They've done it around the 20th of December for the last 2 years!

Never mind the 1m, there was a 7m trade yesterday. I do think there was a FTSE 250 rebalancing and PRTC dropped out, so could be that.

Is that a new broker target? Have Jefferies put out a new note today?
