I believe that if news and sales are announced in July and August to the good and debt reduced, then a sale above £1 would be nearer the truth as DBay and others would not be bale to have a cheap buyout.
Plus I would rather take a 75p or 85p cheap takeout now rather than £1.50 in maybe 18 months or so and move on and re-invest the profits elsewhere. The BoD show very little interest in PI's so it is purely financials and maths, not to tie up collateral and gains for longer than needed.!!

DBay now at 8.33%, just need them and 2 other II Investors group to form a consortium and buy this out at 75p and then make some progress on selling its products in the real world. Tim Sykes and his BoD cannot seem to sell 'coal to Newcastle' so to speak. The companies want what PHD have, but yet PHD cannot seem to sell it??

Should see TU and news on banking and debt deal, plus what will be coming down the line. Then see over 110-130p a share by July?

I have read about Marstons and De La Rue spikes and 200% increases. This could go the same way, but not until we see an RNS or news on Covid-19 new projects/training and contracts. There is some quite hefty secret buying at 29p going through.

This is held tightly of about 65% of it by 5-6 holders, holding more than 6%. Then there are a few 1-3% holders, then us PI’s with between 20,000 shares and a million.
If the MM’s can get the PI’s to sell and get this at 37p for a few days, then the big. Boys will push it over 45-47p, then a takeover bid by August?

My average on STAF is 44p. Though that’s due to buying bits in at 18p earlier, and 22p and 26p, last week. I will delve back in and take my holding above 500,000 shares if we get good news before 21 July, if not I’ll just hold and await the bid from HRnet at 65p in August!!!

Bunco/Italian and YHAL, Just purchased on the back of a small downturn and win for me in GAN and BAE and bought 75,712 shares, trying to kick some momentum into the market, plus have averaged down now to 34p and so its all positive from here on n, just need a good TU and some news on Bepayd in US and EU and watch this take off.

Agree but painful and annoying! Just need this share to take off before 21 aJuly, if not HRNet will swoop and takeover for 65p a share and it’s theirs on the cheap!!!
