What rubbish Saint87. Any throughput via Staffline has positive numbers to the bottom line profit. STAF will be able to fill most of the permanent and part time / temp positions needed by most of the supermarkets and shops like Poundland and Costa as that is what they do and that is what HRnet see as a positive. Also the recruitment and training side for large infrastructure and opportunities is where the positives are. Have none of you looked at what STAF do in UK and Ireland and do well? DYOR, HRnet are just biding their time for the right time to takeover or run the company from afar.

Why are my small buys not showing then that I made at 0930 this morning. Plus why every time there is a break up to 33-36p, is there suddenly a few small sells and the market down to 27p? It is you lot that are stupid, there is more buys than sells over the last 4-6 months but still it dwells at 28p. Let’s see on the 7 Sep then !!!!!

They are holding back buys again and trying to keep this sp at under 32p, so that HRnet can buy it cheap on 7 Sep 20 at 70-75p cheap low bid, even given the debt. The MM's and II's have agreed a price already with HRnet at a price they are happy with, so they are keeping it at under 30p so they can buy more as PI's sell at 29/28/27/26/25p, whatever there auto sell is set at and the MM's will try and get this down to 25p for their profit and cheap buy for HRnet at 70p.!!!!

Henry Spain have a good 12-15% of the shares, they could have been in talks with a US Investment and in talks for a takeover bid at say 85p, which would shake HRnet into action immediately come 5 Sep 20, plus send this share into a takeover battle and see STAF taken over very cheap at 105-110p per share as at 7 Sep 20? Interesting next few weeks!!

HRnet will not buy until after 4 Sep 20 as they will have to pay 154p a share, the price they last paid in the year to takeover. So good that interest is happening but HRnet will not buy until 6 Sep 20 and then at maybe 87-105p.??

This needs PI’s and II’s to start steady buying and move the sp up to somewhere near 45-50p to hopefully maintain a takeover price post 4 Sep 20 by HRNet of between 85-105p.
On 5 Sep 20 they can buy 0.05% more and then bid a price of 70p if this sp lingers below 30p until then, they cannot do anything before 4 Sep 20 as they would have to pay 154p. Come on 3% holders and other II’s and PI’s let’s buy a few each and get this sp up to 50p!!!!! Yes ramping, but ramping to get a fair takeover price!!!

Lots of buys but no upward movement, II’s andMM’s must have 600,000 to 800,000 in stock? Strange week and month! Roll on Sep 5 and whether HRNet make the leap and buyout STAF at around 85p, in one swoop?

84,000 shares old cheap for DBay to pick up ahead of the TU later this month. Things are better than last year, so can only see good news, but slow take up from Gov and Large global players, banks on the BEPayd side of life, just hope Tim has some detailed tactics and strategies to turn this around before DBay snap up the 29.9% they need at less than 50p and bid in at 85p on the cheap!!! Come September!!??

Come on PHD PI's / Investors lets get this share going and buy buy buy, this week and set the ball rolling!!

Small sells of between 5,000-15,000 just being hovered up by HRnet and other II's on it's behalf, this has to be bored PI's just selling at this and then wanting to buying back in at 25/26p, fools!! Once HRnet get to 5 September they will bid 95p and have at least 45% of the shares and those left without a chair "shares" will miss out especially if it goes to 110p. Hold onto your shares until 10 Sep 20.

There is something about to happen today, not sure what but plenty of activity in and around STAFF from my contacts and 'gut feeling'!! Watch this space today and tomorrow as the sp sneaks up to 38-42p.

STAFF got a months delay to TU by FCA from June to July. So they will leave as long as possible so predicting 29 or 30 July 20.

DBay obviously have other II's and MM's hoovering up shares for them and then they just drop in and buy all that is there behind the scenes at 35p. Quite strange that Lombard or Rodney Potts, the BoD or other II's and MM's are not wanting part of the upturn or takeover price DBay will have to make to take it over, say 65p, which would be a steal and a crime if they got the PHD financials/IPR and other SaaS credentials for that price?

Who keeps buying and selling less than 10 shares a time, is this a II's having a laugh? It's about time this sp went up significantly to around 42-45p range and stayed there until TU on 29 July 20? Lots of little bits of news in the press and social media on Staffline and Gov work and contracts, plus farming and services work? Though very little from Staff or HRnet on things?

Dbay are picking up the II's with 3% or less on the QT, they should be at 14-15% by end of month, then lets see what Potts and Lombard do? Plus will DBay make a bid or wait until they get 29.95%? Either way the TU in August has got to be good or this sp is going cheap at anything from 65p to 95p.

The 50k, 55k and 48,158 are all buys from me and I am now waiting for the July update from the BoD and news on the Government and People back to work projects to see this fly up to 50-65p. Then await a takeover bid from HRnet once they don't have to pay 180p. Maybe September 4-6 will see a sneaky bid of 110p?
