sp ticking up nicely, the message and ORCH funding must be being noticed in the wider market and on the up for 2022!!!!!

Hi Belfry, I don’t think the Bond issue if they have one, will be this year. They have enough funds themselves, plus a new bank funding to more than cover all new and existing clients. As they come out of this pandemic and life returns to normal as does industry and retail, this will rocket to the high 60’s.!!!

Hi Belfry, yes, I have gone in big and I am really happy with the growth forecast. The future banking licence and the great 3p annual dividend, plus keep topping up at 50 and 51p, for when later in the year the sp trickles up to 61-64p price range by July 2022.
If they do a bond issue I’m in!

Belfry - Do you reckon there isa chance of being acquired by a bigger player in this arena? Given asset value and cash in bank?
I was considering adding around another 30,000 shares today, but see more sells yesterday and today, not looking great short term, unless we get a message, strategy or RNS on new contracts and work?

Belfry17- I am a long term holder for now with a target price of 80p. With a bank licence hopefully in 2022 and the growth and progress now we are out of a Pandemic nearly, should see them slowly move up each month, once whoever is buying or selling behind the scenes??
A well run company which could easily be acquired by a bigger player, it has plenty of cash reserves, well run and has a excellent client list!
Interims should be at 61-62p by end of March.

There projects and acquisitions in NEw Zealand and Australia, will grow and pay handsomely in 2022. Plus they have another steady income with retaining a portion of Quickline. Growth and divi’s in 2022, along with possible sell off’s and even a long shot of being acquired ourselves by the the like of VOD, BT or others?

The buyback at about a million shares bought each day should see a nice tick up and push the sp back to around 501-506 from now to end of January, when all the 200 million has been spent and shares bought and cancelled!

II paid at 1400 yesterday eventually in full at 29.7p and re-invested.

Yes bought in when unheard of, plus added and topped up since. Especially last week when they dropped to 73 and 74p to buy if you were patient. Will add another 10 to 11,000 if they stay below 80p. Great share.

May move to AJ Bell or Vanguard with all my SIPP and stop the ineptitude of II, who seem more interested in the takeover by ABDN!! I hope it’s today as why it’s taking so long who knows?

Angersharks - Stop the panic, that’s what you and Boris and the scientists are doing! Let’s see if Omicron is that bad, or we just continue living and get rid of facenappiesand start living. This is no worse than flu, if globally we vaccinate 85% of the population and get better herd immunity. PCRtests and border controls with nappy face masks will not stop this virus. Plus 80% of those dying have not had the jab, or have died of something else!!

As sp is dropping and at 380, why doesn’t the company buying the shares back on behalf of Aviva, buy everything it can even 8-10 million shares today at between 379 and 389 and expedite both the buyback and get the sp back up to 390?
This will all settle down and sp will be back to 402p, roughly by 3 December once the MM’s have settled and PI’s seen the news and looked at things with some common sense!!
