Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I am not sure about anything except death and taxes.Hopefully the latter will end with death.
I am not sure that MB is an honest man.I am not sure that he is competent. All I can say from reading Matad's RNS statements and listening to MB's media presentations is that he appears to be an honest, credible spokesman for the company with a track record of success in the oil
exploration business. And that Matad has found oil.Simply put I trust his competence and judgement. If I am wrong too bad for me.But I don't THINK I will be.Time is the measure of
all earthly concerns.
If you carefully reviewed MB RNS statements you would have reasonably concluded that the
Mongolian Govt has a substantial interest in the success of PetroMatad. It is the chosen
vechicle for oil development in the country.Matad has discovered oil and has excellent
exploration prospects additionally.Indian assistance is helping with the construction of a refinery.
Hopefully the exploitation licence is imminent. This should change the fortunes of the company substantially for the better.I have not seen any reason to question MB's management of the company.Eminently competent and professional IMHO.
Self interest it what causes us to act.MB is acting in the best interest of the company. If the company prospers so will he and so will all who hold shares.
The problem with dumb people is that they do not realize they are. If they has insight they would not be dumb.
Hard to believe that people posting here do not understand the legal constraints that MB is required to follow in corporate communications. If there is information that is new since the last RNS that could be of material significance to stock price he is legally required to communicate
it to all shareholders via an RNS. Expecting a CEO to respond to an email request from an individual shareholder on any matter that could affect stock price is silly as well as illegal. People go to jail for that.
People posting about the end of oil are deluded. There is no reason to think that the ICE is going to be replaced by EVSs any time soon if at all. People r unaware of the environment degradation associated with EVs,consumption of REEs,battery disposal and huge carbon footprint of EVs.Besides energy transformations take decades. Lots of energy illiteracy on the loose.
Manro is out to lunch and does not know what an RNS is or understands the legal constraints
AIM listed companies are under in providing info to shareholders. Pay no attention to his drivel. When Matad has info that could affect shareholder value we all will be told by an RNS. SOON I HOPE.
MB is not going to engage individual shareholders in direct communications. That is not his job.
For legal reasons (and for good reason) he cannot publicly discuss "matters" beyond the
confines of an RNS.This is for the protection of shareholders. When then there is information
of material importance to shareholders he is required to communicate it to us by way of an RNS.
It would be illegal to reveal said information in response to any anonymous inquiry.
Just listened to the recent MB interview on LSE.Very informative straight forward review of current situation.Exploitation license appears imminent-end of Mar.max.Equity issue not preferred option.
Other options being seriously explored.2020 will not be lost. I do not know what the naysayers are talking about. I find MB to be honest and competent.
Manro, the consummate Monday morning expert on matters of managerial and geoscienctific judgement.MB is doing his job and has been candid in his intentions for MATAD.
Matad share price will be based on an independent assessment of any reserves claimed by Matad as such.Simple extrapolation can give an order of magnitude. If Matad had the same reserves as Exon Mobil for example it would be worth $600 a share. So what would a share of Matad be worth with a certified reserve estimate for Heron of 150 mb.Simple math.
It is a trivial observation to note that nobody has knowledge why an anonymous entity makes a decision to buy or sell. All we can say is that the seller preferred the cash rather than the shares.
Why that is the case is unknown to us.It could reflect a lack of confidence in Matad. It could be to satisfy a pressing debt. And a myriad of other possibilities.Speculation is silly and pointless.
It is interesting to due an extrapolation from already producing companies to get an idea of where Matad might go when it goes into production at Heron as a start.I looked at current share price, shares outstanding and verifiable reserves. If Matad had CR of 67.5 mb with 680 ms outstanding we could expect a share price of around 60-80p contingent on current oil price.Anyone have any thoughts as to whether this is out to lunch or not?
has the Spanish flu. A review of MB'S recent presentation lays out a reasonable plan for 2020 with a number of activities that will be perused to advance shareholder value. Very competent IMHO.
Share price is a reflection of the value the market puts on that information and is completely
subjective in the absence of bankable reserves.Heron program should produce a reserve estimate
and provide a basis for increased value.MB/mgt can no be held responsible for stock price which in the absence of certified reserves is completely subjective. End he silliness.
Sums up quite nicely the reality of the operating environment of Matd.Based on MB's RNS and associated public comments I would think it reasonable that the much prized license will be delivered in Jan.2020.Unwarrented delays are in nobody's interest. But time will tell who is corrret.
Exactly.Spanish suffers from (apparently) excessive exposure to conspiracy mania. Why would any party in an election want to undermine the steady progress Matad/MB has made towards the creation of a producing (as opposed to exploration only) company.Mongolia is building a refinery.
The Chinese provided 3D info.Matad is the chosen vehicle for petroleum development. I believe Matad/MB have a reasonable grasp on events. Certainly better that Spanish who never misses an opportunity to inform us how wise he is as opposed to those of us who disagree. In any event time will soon prove whose analysis of events
of events was most realistic.
Is it too late for a career change? Perhaps at the UN or a like and equally pointless level.
Spanish is now posing as the great political geo-strategist and expert in the inner-workings of Mongolian politics.Clearly more aware than any on the BOD of Matad or MB who is a mere geologist lacking such sophistication.Pretentious nonsense of course. The Exploitation Liscense ia a matter of regulatory approval.MB said that it would be approved in Q1 2020. Probably understands political risk as does BOD somewhat better than some self-appointed armchair expect eager to impress the uninformed eager to be led to the promised land.
I forgot to mention how competent/qualified I am but space does not permit. Please do not denigrate my size as that I cannot control.
Has trouble with the English language.MB laid out Matad's plans for 2020 based on information current at the time.'Taking the company out of the hands' of rock crusher'S rivals in its silliness Manro's and Shirley's comments. When the company has material progress to report it shall. This is a legal requirement.I have no reason to doubt the competence and honesty of MB.
