Good progress with onshore UK licence, PEDL183:

o The PEDL183 Joint Venture partnership (the “JV”) agreed a specific well path for the West Newton

B-2 (“WN B-2”) well, which has been approved by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. The operator

has received the necessary permit variation from the Environmental Agency for the use of oil-based

fluids at the A and B sites. Drilling and testing of the B-2 well is expected by June 2024, once Rathlin

(UK) Energy Limited’s (“Rathlin”) funding solutions

Our joint partners in Danube Petroleum today released their 19 page work programme until 2025 for all their assets. Noticeable is any mention of our Romanian play Parta in Romania. My guess is it will now be mentioned rarely if at all in the future.

If they do play golf they probably cheat as neither can lay straight in bed.

We should soon know about West Newton. They can run but not hide forever. I personally do not think there will be any drilling this year or possibly ever as Uggy says.

I would add it could also be a multi faceted deal with stage payments drip fed into the drilling with West Newton being the only project involved. The cost to we investors would be massive reduction in the price of our shares

Uggy, they lie as we both know. I would not write off a two part deal with both cash and 'free' shares involved. If the offer seems very attractive someone may bite. Remember how desperate the two jokers must be as judgement day arrives. A Simon64 lurking in the wings lol.

What chance of a huge dilution followed by a 200-1 consolidation to try to cover up their mismanagement?

Would not be surprised to see a flurry of other meaningless RNS's with some 'hidden' nuggets regarding future opportunities posted around the same time to placate the weary patient investors.

Expect a fire sale dilution with regard to West Newton on the horizon!

Uggu, I understand what you say about the CEO's and them being clueless. However another viewpoint not really usually portrayed is this. The possibility that West Newton initially was to be the major asset to be developed, but once it became apparent problems were to be encountered (which they were) could it be that a new strategy became their future 'playbook'. With all the millions already raised, the two decided to play the long game, one which would enable them to keep reaping in huge lifestyle salaries whilst playing on the side lines with other 'assets', those to keep the mug investors (us) contented for as long as possible.

Brokers are like accountants, some are honest with integrity and some are as bent as a 'bottle of chips'. Which kind are well known in the industry.

Not a good sign. The brokers until now were probably asked to do something they were not in agreement with.

Now UJO have got a new director on board perhaps they can't afford it.

Uggy, I think RBD were hoping that a 'white knight' would come along before this time and give them a helping hand to bail Rathlin out. Now it would appear no one is there and they (RBD) will have to carry the financial burden themselves. Within the next few weeks we will know, one way or another.

I would not be surprised given the apparent lack of external funds to proceed with West Newton and the fact that Reabold Resources are already the majority shareholders of Rathlin, that a full takeover of Rathlin will be initiated before the end of June. That would obviously take time to ratify and push any already projected drilling timetable of W.N into 2025.
