Itsawrap.....it would not surprise me that over the next few weeks we will see a 'special deal' struck between the directors of Reabold and Rathlin. The deal will be that Reabold Resources will buy out the remaining 41% of Rathlin shares in a takeover of the private company. No prizes for guessing who will profit the most!
With Rathlin's Annual accounts for the year ending December 2023 due out it 9 weeks time, it is worth reading their last accounts for the year ending December 2022. It states in as many words that it is as a matter of going concern that unless funding is found for West Newton that it would raise significant doubts as to the companies future. In my opinion this can only mean one thing. That before Ratlin's accounts are out at the end of September that Reabold will have to finance Rathlin and by association West Newton, The West Newton drill was forecast to begin in the Autumn of 2023. As per usual to two buffoons at the helm of this debacle are playing not only the long game but the investors as complete fools.
Deemule (aka Simon64). You have been buying since the s p was 1p years ago. Now how many tens of thousands of pounds down are you. Tell the truth or I will publish some of you posts from years ago.
Yes I hope Trump wins if he gets that far. At least he wants to use the USA's natural resources before putting the Green Agenda first. The deep south Texas way will be in favour of carrying on drilling. A lot of resistance in California where our two dimwits poured in our money.
Not sure if they have Uggy, but find it strange, never happened before and I check on it most weeks, and have done for years. If its down for a reason of the SEC's then some info as to why is usually flagged up.
Paul, I have just tried accessing Daybreak Oil & Gas on the SEC and its seemingly disappeared.. Looks like terminal velocity has seen to the end of the company. What an absolute stitch up that has been for investors.£6m given to Reabold California then into the ether via Daybreak and a bank account on the Isle of Man Like Uggy says they are disgrace to the human race.
Just returned from a stay in Scotland above Inverness.
The last time we were up that way just over a couple of years ago mwe took a trip across on the ferry from Cromarty to Nigg on he Cromarty Firth.
Nigg harbour has the transfer ship Enquest Producer moored there. The harbour has been extended considerably in the last 2 years . My wife also observed how fewer platforms waiting to be towed out to sea there was now compared with the last time we visited.
A massive new building has been erected and at the other side of the road a vast area of grading is taking place. SSE are spending hundreds of millions manufacturing huge wind units to be towed into the sea generating gigawatts of energy.
Should anyone believe that the oil and gas industry is on its way out a visit to this place would convince them otherwise.
RIP West Newton. Joint venture with new money...forget it. It's down to Reabold Resources to fund itself.
The sale of all of The Price's shares were in 4 lots starting on the 21st June with the sale of 260.000,000. Then followed the sale of 128,354,460....40,000,000 and 50,000,000.
Whichever way you look at it the sell of ALL his shares in RBD by Mr Robert Price can in no way be seen as good news. as RBD is a major investor in LNEnergy. He (Robert Price) is also a director of LNEnergy. So what next with them?
Why did LNEnergy delay the companies accounts by 3 months at the end of last year?
Remember this Slalom1?....you should it was you ref Ormonde Minerals
RE: 8p near term target 28 Aug 2018 18:12
I'd expect news on the mine to push us there, which should be announced at next month's AGM. The brief visit to the 4s has been the highlight of this run.
Now trading at 0.2p
Also posted not long ago as a STRONG BUY on RBD @ 0.8p
Think anyone will listen to your ramps....... do you really?
Simon64 (aka deemule) has been averaging down on RBD for the last 5 years. Never before in the history of share dealing has such a clown done the same thing over and over again expecting a different result.
RIP deemule. You had a good run for your money until Simon64 took over.
Goodbye Jack, no doubt we'll see you again in another disguise trolling again. This dog is just for the MM's to play around with newbies money to make a few quid. Rest assured that the two cretins in charge here will see to it that the only serious money will be theirs.
Odins, the big investors rarely invest more than a fraction of 1% in high risk companies such as Reabold. It is money that is inconsequential when looked at against the larger 'blue chip' investments.
Moniman, my guess is that it was Barclays who sold the 260,000,000 shares. They are/were holding 279.000.000 which equated to just under 3% so no need to issue a TR1?
Whoever it was, the sell was a damning indictment of the way the dynamic duo are running the company.
