There's many a person who have been waiting for the 'brakes to come off' for over 5 years when the shares were over 1p. Simon64 was known as deermule until last year and in tens of thousands of pounds down, so a ramper to a lost cause.

Some believe that major players are buying but I say not. and the reasons are..

There is no tripping of percentages holdings TRS by major investors.

The buyers are RBD maxing out the share buy-back which ends next Friday at the AGM where the company is asking via a resolution to start all over again for the next 12months.

It's very noticeable that there is not shown on either the Companies own website or via an RNS more buying since January 2024 even though there was buy-backs in February and March (see Companies house for details). Why is it not up elsewhere, not everyone goes on Company House and nor should they.

Apart from the directors pittance buys with our money the buys are I believe RBD buying into treasury.

RBD accounts need examining as to their involvement in this company.

Wiltshireman, try just one reason such as........who would want to get into bed with Daybreak Oil and Gas, a company that had never made a single dollars profit in over 50 years of trading? Then within 2 years dispose of a business to the said company they owned (Reabold California) who they had given over £6,000,000 to set up. The directors of RBD that's who!

Oh dear, people are going to get their fingers burnt here very shortly.

Odins, my guess is at least 5 years before we can even dream about any return. I've seen these types of crooks still at this type of game 10-12 years after holding out the golden carrot , whilst reaping in massive rewards for themselves with the cost borne by their long suffering shareholders. At least it gives Simon64 (alias deemule) more time to average down lol.

The unknown to us at present is this. Will or have the NSTA suspend/ed all further discussions regarding contracts until a new Government is installed. But even if this is the case it should not prevent Reabold from letting us know what is happening before the end of the month.

That...... Reabold Resources hold 59% of Rathlin.

That......An agreement with the NSTA to start works/drilling at West Newton ends on 30th June (this month).

That...... It is incumbent on Reabold to inform shareholders before the end of this month what is happeningwith the NSTA.

That...... Rathln without West Newton is left with nowhere to go.

Possible Outcomes Dependent on NSTA Extension?......1 That with no other backers around Reabold with most likely have to buy-out the remaining 41% of Rathlin shares. The price will be negotiated between the two parties.

2 That Rathlin finances are allowed to go insolvent over the next months/years.

The 4 is an uncrossing trade pass. There's a lot going on in the background we are unaware of that's for certain.

Itsawrap.....If I was a senior executive at NSTA I would be getting as many forward contracts signed asap to provide more security for all those who work there.

A Liebore government will not be in power until July after the NSTA agreement will have expired, so should not make any difference to any possible extension beyond 30th June.
