The most likely outcome for W N is that it will be torpedoed below the water line by Rebold Resources when you read the proposals for their upcoming AGM.

Plus they are hoping to pass another resolution that will enable them to issue another £1,000,000 worth of shares, which will also incur a further dilution.

Jeez they are taking us all to the cleaners once more, or should it be twice!

So the directors are trying to pass a resolution that will enable them to buy back shares which constitutes 25% of the total in issue, and the dilution to shareholders that also entails.

Deary me, Simon64 alias deemule has invested so much here by averaging down he will be (if he tells the truth) many tens of thousands of pound under water. I have followed him for many years now, In a way I( feel sorry for the Welsh guy, but hey he's made that choice and will now reap the rewards of his investment with RBD.

Off course they do Uggy, and the only reasonable conclusion any sane person can draw from this fact is that anyone promoting them is either a company stooge or off 'their rocker'.

The question that the dynamic duo should be answering is this. Why that with such in their words such a transformational play like West Newton that Rathlin is not being funded by Reabold Resources?
