Rubey...whatever is planned for the future is going to need substantial further funding. The £5m draw down available will be a drop in the ocean as to what is will be needed going forward. A massive funding via a placement looms.

Reading the EOG Report from October 2020 it is obvious that the company is having severe financial difficulties, and need substantial further funding.
Are the dynamic duo on their two white chargers Reabold and Resources appearing over the hill...could well be.

For those of a nervous disposition I would take very little heed of the stock price with RBD at present.
Given the position we are in, this is a well trodden path visited upon unsuspecting punters by the MM's on numerous past occasions. The price is and will be worked until news flow, and from their perspective the further that is into the distance the better.
For the gamblers, should this drop much further it's time to buy.
OMO and I often don't follow my own advice.

I notice since the start of trading in the Near Year there has been a concerted effort to bring the share price down. Unwary punters without doing much research will possibly be attempted to sell. That is exactly what they want you to do. Not content with holding 92% of available stock the greedy II's want more. And remember the II's are party to information on a regular basis that private investors are not. An analogy with the iceberg is useful here. 7/8 is underwater (the II's provided information) whereas only 1/8 above (the private investor provided information).
It also 'beggars belief' that the company is using the 3 month extension for producing end of year accounts to delay publishing theirs past the due date of December 31st 2020. Every trick in the book being utilised to delay.
Not withstanding that the Covid-19 pandemic will have some effect on business this will be small in comparison to the huge uplift the same pandemic is giving to sales.

Ronjoe good for you. A gut feeling is usually worth pursuing, putting in the bottom drawer and forgetting about. It often happens to achieve the desired results. A decent company doing a worthwhile job for humanity whilst at the same time providing investors with a sizeable return.

Fyoz....Yes but Gaelic isn't, neither is Rathlin or Danube or Corallian or or or they are all PRIVATE companies associated with RBD, but without public shareholder control. Some may be ok with this; I feel a bit uncomfortable I have to say. And yes I am invested here, but one of the reasons not too much is due to the number of private companies involved.
I will be interested to see how much financial assistance will be needed from Reabold Resources to support these private companies over 2021 and beyond.

Agree, this will never see sub 40p again in my opinion. Always good to get off to start a New Year with a !00% return.
