After retirement I would say 'I was a road sweeper' or 'used to be' and not 'I am a road sweeper'., that's Present tense.

I guess the dynamic duo are finding the words to explain either a massive find, a poorer than anticipated result or more likely (in my view only) somewhere in between. Also a West Newton RNS does not have to be the first one out of the traps.

And why not, this company has a great future in my opinion. Shareholders should be in for a treat over the next 3-6 months.

Fyoz....they like me would also have to have knowledge about the land first. Whether it was on a flood plain, whether it was contaminated with asbestos etc. The builder would love someone like you who did not undertake 'due diligence', and dived in head first.
