Rambo23....well I certainly agree with your last sentence. The proving up (Commercialisation) will certainly have to come before 'flogging it'. Any other prior sale would be a fire sale, with little if any return for investors.

I would have thought that to run both the EIA and Planning consents concurrently and not consequently would have saved time if time was important. Or are they not that confident?
