Dingodog1.....I agree with much of what you say, other than the 3 month timescale mentioned in your last paragraph.
I feel that is grossly optimistic, 6 months perhaps and I am being generous at that.
The dynamic duo will be in no hurry whilst pulling out £280,000k per year plus share/options and other perks. Remember they are still relatively young. Put yourself in their position. Private investors will be way down the 'pecking order' in their list of priorities.

Reaction.....I think if your read all the recent statements on both EOG's site and at Companies House you will realise very quickly what a parlous state of affairs they are into.
By the end of January they were expecting Wressle to be 'on stream' and delivering a minimum amount of oil.
Well that time frame has been and gone. I await with great interest as to what their next moves are. They seem to be running out of options.

Trading statement followed immediately by a 12% drop on no trades. Forget any fig leaf excuse of internal shares taken aboard. Then surprise surprise buy after buy (no doubt by the 'friends') to hoover up more cheap offerings.
Notice there was no mention of unit sales in the statement once again, only the numbers of customers. What's more you can hazard a guess there will not be units mentioned when the figures for F'Y trading are released probably in June. We will have to wait for those until the full annual results later in December or January next year. I wonder also how many invoices have been held back, and how much material buying has being going on to assist depress the figures?

Chris, I posed yesterdays question about about what will come first based on this.
All the numerous companies both public and private under the stewardship of S & S are, and appear to have been, for some time, dependent on RBD for their near term futures. There has been for the past year or so very little income if any, from either the parent or its 'offspring'. The cash burn meanwhile marches relentlessly on. My opinion is that in the next 3 months or so we will see a great deal happening, and not just relating to West Newton either.
My guess is there is something afoot and it's not 12 inches either.

I cannot see the newly formed company with three new Independent non-ex directors on board throwing much 'wonga' about in the near term. After all they have promise dividends from year end 2021. Will most likely be a period of consolidation then for the first couple of years.

RNST...Earlier today you mentioned that Rathlin is mainly operated by Canadians. Is it still the case do you know that Connaught still own 20% of Rathlin? And if so, what would you expect the Connaught management charges to be for the financial year ended Dec 31st 2020 when released later this year , perhaps June.

I was hoping for a much quicker timeframe towards the delivery of a CPR. My target of around 1p to sell is looking a long way afield now following this RNS. I would hazard a guess and say it will be released closer to Xmas than the kids summer break. But hey, we all live in hope.

It seems a long time ago since I bought into this company in the 40p's, but the present price is only a fraction of what should arrive shortly. By shortly I mean this year.
What the eventual offer of a t/o will be is many many multiple of at present. Big Pharma is in the wings.
