Rubey see what you posted to me the day before on January 27th regarding a placement. A Placement to raise £7.5m was announced only 24hours lateron January 28th. Notice the Capitals Rubey.

Beneath is what I wrote anticipating this Corallian bail out just after the last placing in January.

"This will help to bail out Corallion who are in deep ****. Only need to look at their filings on Companies House to see that".

Re Kingmaker......they (RBD) were already. For the share holders of Corallian it was a case not only of 'any port in a storm', rather the only port in the storm. Who else would lend them money, rhetorical of course as we all know the answer.
Without a financial injection it was a case of adio per sempra!

NVG.....the following is your latest sentence to me.......

Dear oh dear NVG. Take off your rose coloured specs, forget the signs as they are not proven, the worst case is obviously that W.N is not a commercially viable proposition isn't it?
By the way I am a holder, but believe in what I know and unlike you not what I desire to see. If you believe that any other 'assets' RBD have are good then you are delusional. The west Newton drill in my opinion is the dynamic duo's only hope of any form of meaningful success. The past record is of failure. Forget Cali, Grizzly island will not happen, and the other fields are paying for the coffee and biscuits.
Any valuation of W.N is pure guesswork, so not worth wasting time on.
The RBD ship under captains S & S will be afloat for many years yet, of that I have no doubt. Whether their (passengers) shareholders will see any benefit along the way is however a very moot point.

NVG....the possibility is slowly arising where if West Newton is a 'lukewarm' success then with the fiscal drag now in play across all of RBD's portfolio of companies the following may happen. We know that California is dumb steer now, likewise Romania and others, any sale of W.N may be in effect just a fire sale with little if anything left for share holders.
That is why I still believe a) a placing is coming and b) West newton will 'need' more appraisal fields which will take years to achieve. Meanwhile the dynamic duo are raking in hundreds of thousands of pounds each per annum at our expense.
This is a fact of life across many many small oil companies. That much is an historical fact.

No one should be surprised if they read the reports published at Companies House.

Anyone who has done any homework on this venture knows the reason why. Without support the project is anything but secure. RBD is very close to throwing a dozen anchors over the side of a small vessel at the same side.

Some never listen to what I say. Another 'lame duck' having to be bailed out by us shareholders.
What's more there's plenty of others down the line also. Placing coming. W.N or Bust!!

Buying shares in Egdon!....is someone really in the know, or have they too much money and want to get rid of some.
My guess is that the results will be very poor as they are heavily reliant of Wressle which as we know is behind on more than one front. The wording will have been chosen extremely carefully. Reading the 'lines in between' will provide the substance of reality.
