MickyBee........I have learnt over many years that the directors of these types of companies are first and foremost salesmen. The best of them can extend delays for years more than those less accomplished. After all would you be in a hurry given the annual imbursements these guys are on?
If the assets turn out to be a huge success then it's a 'win win' for them, and if not just a 'win' Either way they are onto a winner, whereas the investor.......Pays their salaries whatever!

People are assuming that there is only a single seller. We don't know that is the case though. There may be multiple sellers, and it's not up to Reabold to advise when thresholds are crossed. They take that info from the Investors themselves. Some are slow to do this, although technically breaching the code. Re Corallian.....I wonder if RBD's £3.35M offer which was oversubscribed (no surprise there though given Corallian's financial woes), and which increases RBD's stake in Corallian to 49.99% is priced into the present share price. Or will we see a further downward correction on Friday ?
