Gold is going to be around and in demand for as many years as one can live. As for Oil and gas, well perhaps two more decades in anything like the demand we see today. Energy for the future is hydrogen and electricity not generated with the burning of fossil fuels. Look and see how the major producers are now hastily diversifying away from these fuels. Major heavy users of gas in the continuous glass manufacturing and steel industries are going electric, with Germany the fore runner with its first new all electric furnace for glass up and running next year.

KCE32......my view and has been for a considerable time now is this.
1 That Thruvision is not interested in small investors only the Institutions.
2 The II's own over 90% of the company and are wanting more.
3 The way to get more is to keep the price down thereby hoping that the privates will get bored and sell.
4 Keeping the share price down also keeps the company under the market radar.
5 When the time arrives in my opinion the value will just explode, leaving those not already in frozen out.
6 The large trades we see week in and week out are just swaps via Investec the bank of Thruvision.
7 The company uses every 'trick in the book' to give the brief visitor a view that nothing much is happening by using 'creative accounting' and downbeat forecasting. To me it says much about what in-depth research shows is otherwise true

This drip drip of shall we be charitable and say indifferent news is exactly what one would expect. These items will then not need to be expanded upon in the annual account report due out next month. The dynamic duo will not want too much bad news (if that is what I expect) appearing on the same 'hymn sheet'. As always it's what is not said and reading between the lines that is paramount. Harry, good questions to be asked as well as how is Cali and Romania coming along. The chances of direct answers are unfortunately zero.

Of course I agree with free speech. What I do not agree with is demonstrations that stop people going about normal lives; blockings roads where ambulances may need to go. These (rent a mob) demonstrators need removing , and forcibly if necessary. Kid gloves will only embolden them further.
