BarkingCrazy....I'm not suggesting that a placing is 'imminent', although on second thoughts the definition of the word 'imminent' for RBD directors can mean within the next 6 months; so perhaps I am.

Monarch....I have posted my thoughts over the last few weeks, but not all at once.
However I would add this for your perusal and idea's.
As most know another placing will almost certainly be coming, it's just a matter of when. Will it be before results are out, normally in June or after. This year however the company may take the opportunity to legally delay the annual results announcement by 3 months under the Covid temporary laws.
If this opportunity is taken I am somewhat uncertain as to how this will affect decisions regarding the timing of a placement. But if I was pressed, on balance, I am minded to think the placement would now come before results. I would be more certain of this if Rathlin was not controlled by Reabold. Payments due to the former which 'should' be huge can be delayed, this would not be so easy to do with a totally independent operator

Rubey....are you unaware that RBD have controlling interest in Rathlin, and therefore it's immaterial what Rathlin want or need to do. matters are not in their hands.

Desmond I didn't say it was accurate only about, but even if it's millions out that does not reflect a 'true price' against the billions of shares out there.

NVG....If you believe in share v price movements then you will see that the net buys over sells is only about 10m.
The share price is up nearly 14%. We both know the MM's play fun and games.
Don't be surprised if there are a lot of late trades to come on Monday, with a resultant share price correction.

Major share holders. Between January 25th and March 31st three of the top seven entered the market to buy or sell.
The two sellers were Cannacord Wealth Management who sold 2,000,000 & Invesco Perpetual who sold 196,841.
The one buyer was Lombard Odier Asset Management who bought 4,562,841.
The net result is that during this period between them, the top 7 major Institutional Investors bought 2,367,000 shares.
Nice tidy exact rounded figure I think we can all agree....Hmm.
But that's not all between those dates the actual share price dropped from 24.5 to 23.5p

The 'station' can always be left at a branch line, unload some heavy luggage (shares) and re-join the main line again further down the track, collecting more lighter luggage at the same time. I think you may need to have a word with a certified accountant. Perhaps then you may understand the relationship between parent companies and their subsidiary's. It's mainly to reduce the tax burdens. It is a highly complex area of business finance.
Perhaps you should instead be looking at the £11.5m tax credits the company has built up to offset taxes when they announce profits.
