Tigra, Yes I'm in. As some of the LTH know I was in previously many many months ago, seems like maybe a couple of years. Kept for a few months and then after doubling my investment I sold. More recently bought at 0.4p.
The problem with some is they know that I do not just look at the company through 'rose coloured spectacles'.
Some even believe that the directors are only managing the company for the shareholders benefit. I am under no such illusions, and if I see potential pitfalls I call them out. Hence the vitriol 'thrown' in my direction.

Missing the point if money can be raised with Rockhopper then of course in can with RBD.
The question I posed (if you can be bothered to read it) was do you think a j/v is on the cards?

2kally....the point I was making is about funding. I was just using Rockhopper as an example of how companies (even those in completely different situations) can raise funds if it is necessary. Whether it's on shore/off shore, or 'in the ladies' chamber' it make no difference, the principles are just the same.

I just wonder if RBD will end up going the same way as Rockhopper. As most will now know I believe that more drills in the West Newton project will be required to prove up Commerciality.
This will cost a lot of money, money that may be more than RBD can, or indeed may want to attempt to raise on its own.
If this proves to be the case then we may enter into a joint venture/farm-in with a larger company. Many years ago Rockhopper who operates in the South Atlantic around the Falkland Islands discovered oil off shore. Sea lion field was the significant discovery. Since then in 2012 RKH found it need funding and after a number of years found a benefactor in Premier Oil (PMO). Sam Moody the boss of RKH has throughout all these years since been receiving more than a useful financial package for his efforts. Interested to hear what investors think?

RNST........One matter to look out for in the EWT results RNS statement (whenever it comes) will be the wording. If the results are very good then it should be obvious to the reader, and not certainly not ambiguous. Any ambiguity and any reference to UJO's other projects on the same RNS should be of concern and a red flag.

gkb47......You really don't think EWT at the West Newton site will prove to be conclusive surely. It will be swiftly followed by EWP (Extended Drilling Programme) which will 'eat up' a few more years.
