NVG...No need to get personal. I have never seen before anywhere on this site what the company have just posted about the AGM, and I doubt you and many others have either.
But seeing your agitated response, I am minded to post questions prior to the AGM that you should be asking; but as more intelligent people know will never be answered, about events at RBD. For a person who owns a 'big f**k off villa and yacht' you really are naive to swallow all you are fed.
By the way, you often appear to mention and have distinct 'hang up' about *****es. Perhaps a trip to a psychologist should be arranged for you.

no such answer need be given if (a) to do so would interfere unduly with the preparation for the meeting or
