gkb47....regarding pipelines to nearest collections they are not that far away. However it will have to go through planning, wayleaves through farming land , permission which may or not be granted. In the eventuality it comes to compulsory purchase this could take years to complete. I don't see any perspective buyer out there until these matters are resolved.
