Snaffleman. I agree that Victory is now the vestige of last resort for Reabold following the failure at West Newton. The incursion into further operations with 'Daybreak'in California is a distractive play by our heavenly twins, in an attempt to draw attention away from the dire position the company now finds itself in. With another fundraise looming I do not see any meaningful buying before then.

Other than West Newton (which up to now is a massive flop) there are is no common ground other than wishful thinking, to believe the s p on UJO will have any influence on RBD's. Two totally different companies with no other common assets.

Uggy100. The 113 page re submitted application for West Newton dated 16th December is a long read but worth it.
Below is an extraction....................
"Reduction in the Number of Wells Previously, a total of six (6) additional new wells were proposed, of which the purpose of four (4) wells was to appraise and subsequently produce from the primary reservoir target, the Kirkham Abbey Formation. The purpose of the two (2) further wells was to appraise the secondary reservoir target, the Cadeby Formation. Following the drilling, testing and interpretation of sub surface information from the WNA-2 and WNB-1Z wells, and in conjunction with data obtained from the WN A-1 well, as well as the 3C3D seismic data set, the Applicant has conducted a thorough technical review of the West Newton project. The target reservoirs in the Cadeby Formation are pinnacle or patch reefs that are proposed to cover a relatively small area but develop a considerable thickness of reservoir capable of containing significant hydrocarbon volumes. Although the deeper Cadeby Formation has potential hydrocarbon resource and has exhibited near-reef indicators, hydrocarbon shows and an oil saturated core in the WN A-1 well, sufficient reservoir porosity and permeability has failed to materialise in subsequent drilling efforts at WN A-2 and WN B-1z. The technical review of the West Newton prospect indicates that there is a limit to the viability of the Cadeby Formation as a development or appraisal target, due to the challenge in predicting reservoir and the seismic interpretation of the play currently available"

Which planning application are you referring to? If it's the 113 page application dated 16th December 2021 it only states the using of acidization type of fracking which is allowed under current regulations.

Expecting a number of news releases very soon. We are into a new accounting year for Reabold with the next accounts for this new year not due out to shareholders until the end of June 2023.
Let the floodgates open for significant movements to access further funding (with dilution) for movements into Corallian and Daybreak, Of course not mentioning in the small print other transformation opportunities that may also crop up. Like their own annual take home.

I also refer everyone else to read up in depth on the alterations to the alterations in2020 to the initial constitution of the company where it specifically mentions this possibility (a 'get out' clause). It's on the RBD site. You will have to trawl through many pages to find it. If you can't let me know and I will endeavour to post it verbatim.

Does anyone really think that a company which tells its share holders that they will not be allowed into the annual general meeting will really be open and transparent. Any interaction between the directors and private share holders via showcase types has always been at arms length, with questions submitted and scrutinised first, and then carefully chosen to avoid any embarrassment. No voting numbers disclosed on resolutions passed neither at the AGM contrary to the Company good Practice Code they signed up to.

But when in a couple of years after this monthly income which will be taxed, and more monies put aside for de-commissioning and other costs, where do you think the remainder will be going. Dividends? forget that. Hike in D.B's annual take home pay? without doubt. Investment in another 'transformational asset? you bet. An increase in share price? yes but nowhere near the ridiculous levels that the company's chief paid ramper Heid suggests.

A company that has apparently never made a dime for its share holders in 50 plus years of life.
What makes anyone think all of a sudden it's going to be the 'elixir of life' for Reabold Resources?
Has anyone bothered to delve into the Private Limited Company Gaelic Resources incorporated in the Isle of Man, and has a UK office in London, to find out who are the significant holding entities via companies house records. We know S & S are the two directors?
How many holders just take the time to do actual 'in depth' research? I suspect very few, and especially those who perhaps don't want to, just in case they find not everything is what they would hope it to be.
