The last share reduction application of a company I held shares in took just 34 days, that was from the meeting of shareholders and the passing of the resolution, to the High Court giving its assent for it to go ahead.
So should not take very long, if all is in order.

Does anyone know whether this is going to be an open forum where question to the directors can be asked 'live', and not just the usual farce where 'Jack and Jill' have asked about this and that. We all know that line of presentation is likened to paper hanging 'a put up job'.

Ninetails, Heid over last few months has seen her posting recommendations drop off the proverbial cliff edge. Of course she should be aware of this, but instead of reducing the output, she is so in denial of what is apparent to everyone else and is seemingly increasing the number of posts. A psychologist would have a 'field day' with trying to understand Heid's reluctance to accept the inevitability of becoming a laughing stock with her obsession.
For her own self esteem she should stick with Twitter posts; the followers she has there must be more gullible by the sound of it.

I am looking for the actual results of each resolution at the upcoming AGM, and not just a passed or not passed statement following. At least our joint partners in West Newton Union Jack Oil post all their results like all companies who are totally 'up front' with their share holders. David Bramhill Chairman of that company received a 5% negative about his carrying on as a director.
