A resolution passed by 51% for and 49% against spells big trouble for any company.
Under the Good Governance Code of Practice that RBD have signed up to they should be released.
What have they to hide by not releasing them?????????????
I do not know of any company signed up to the Code of Practice that does not release them. Has any poster a good argument to put forward as to why they should not be released?

CB, it wasn't directed at you. Shorting is for the very experienced with deep pockets. The odds are stacked against shorter's by some margin. No one will be shorting this stock. Personally I think it should be banned anyway like it is in some countries including Germany, as small companies can be put out of business through it.
