afrc....this share is probably not for you, best time to sell in the near future in my opinion would be when the full results are out in the next few weeks. The MM's are doing the bidding of the company are keeping the share price depressed for a good reason. The tell tale is this; the Institutional investors (the main ones) are steadily increasing their holdings. Now above 92% .
The large movements are just those swops between them to capture nervous small investors. Investec Bank are buying (they will be tipped off, at the same time all the SINT share movements will be via them. All the time T.B is building up a very useful tax base to claw back against profits. The 'back end' loading of the lease arrangements to clients also helps in this regard.

Correct, the market is operated on a number of levels dependant whether a company is listed on the Main Market or AIM. These include open and honest transparency trades which are legal. The most used level is the one where the market's operates within the law but only just (borderline), and with AIM a level used less frequently that is not even doubtful and illegal.
Anyone who thinks all is 'above board' needs educating as to the way the markets work. Dark pools and Institutional companies are not in the business of sharing any profits with the private investor.

Jack, the over arching principle is this, unless and until a company makes Profits tax clawbacks and set offs etc are totally irrelevant here.
So any talk of any matters to do with tax issues do matter one jot with RBD, and may I suggest not for many years. Otherwise is to be delusional in extremity.

So the AGM of UJO is only 6 days ahead of the AGM of RBD at the end of this month. A cynic may think that UJO is 'put into bat' first regarding the joint participation in West Newton. David Bramhill who being a more competent performer in front of share-holders will then be able to give the not so dynamic duo over at Reabold Resources a lesson in how to perform before a live audience.
Sachin and Stephen will then have the advantage of seeing what questions are likely to come up at the UJO meeting with reference to West Newton, and how to handle them the following week.
In my opinion there will be little news flow before those dates, and certainly not with RBD before they ask their shareholders to part with more cash in another dilution that will take the company over the 9 BIllion share mark.

Heid, how many generating companies have you had experience with, and to deal with the endless form filling, risk assessments and method statements etc etc etc.. keep to matters you are 'good' at like Ramping.

Spot on Pboo, in my experience of the sloth like movement of Electricity generating companies in bringing this type of project to fruition will take many months. And that excludes the initial planning consent from East Yorkshire County Council.

I find that oft used sentence very revealing from an investors point of view. The complete absence of shareholders being an integral part of this seeming explosion of wealth by Heid is somewhat unnerving.
