Application of QCA code of Practice23 May 2022 20:37
As soon as practicable after the AGM has finished, the results of the meeting are released through a regulatory information service, and a copy of the announcement posted on the Company’s regulatory news page within the investors section of the Company’s website. The published results of the AGM set out the result of the poll,
including votes for, votes against and votes withheld. Votes withheld are not votes in law and are not
counted in the calculation of the proportion of votes “for” or “against” a resolution.
Get up to speed selfish, you have no idea what you are talking about. The voting figures at an AGM should be released, not just whether resolutions have been passed on not. Otherwise the company is not adhering to the QCA code it has signed up to. End of story...period.
