I agree crobber33, one good RNS and this will be 10 Pence plus. Not just speculation given Clear Capital research values at 65p +, I don’t know of any other AI focused UK listed company that has broker research support.

At Davos last week Salesforce Chairman, CEO and co-founder Marc Benioff:

“There is a shortage of workers in the current labour market, and AI agents are the beginning of an unlimited workforce. AI agents are already making a huge difference in the way Salesforce resolves customer demands that were previously resolved by humans”

From my research the most advanced AI company listed in the UK. It’s rolling out a commercial tested product to customers, at least 6-12 months in front of anyone else.

Placing was done at 5.25p so those guys are still underwater.

This is an extract from Clear Capitals 4 December research note effectively a valuation of between 30p - 80p.

From the readthrough valuations in the space we can see some similar valuations to give us confidence that if Cykel has hit the sweet spot their attraction will follow a similar path to 11X.AI and Habble that we showed above.

35x FY26 revenue estimates of $12.6m = £348m

Immediate progress towards the $3.13m FY25 estimate could open up confidence for a Habble type backing at 50x which would suggest Cykel being valued at £122m and confidence in that higher FY26 valuation.

Looks like positions being taken for the next leg up. I’m expecting a few more RNSs in January.

I thinking putting any significant RNS out just before Christmas period is a waste and they know it, this management team have done this before and know what works as has/ does Clear Capital.

January is a different matter. If you watch the Stockbox interview by the CEO in October ( not the most recent one) he said they are working on a deal with a “household name” this year. I think that’s being pushed into January and I have realigned my timing expectations to then.

I researched this management team and every listed company they have managed has gone at least 1 big run where the share price went up 5-15 times. Clear Capital have already primed the pump with a research report giving a 65p 12 month price target. I think this is building up steam for a run come January any little runs before then will be a precursor.

I think it’s relevant to note that since the company’s listing in late July 2024 Clear Capital has undertaken a placement at 6p, another at 5.25p and purchased a large shareholder who was a forced seller. They have also released 2 research notes including the most recent one.

They don’t undertake these type of corporate activities in an information vacuum, at each step they would be checking with company management that everything was on track.

This is a matter of not if but when the share price will run, could be the next RNS or the one after that but I think they are building up to something significant.

I’ve been buying as much as I can afford and will continue to top up. It’s only at this level because a large shareholder (not associated with the board) was a forced seller, prior to this it was happily trading at 6-8 pence. While I probably won’t be a shareholder if it gets to 65p, I don’t think it will take a hell of a lot to get it to 15-20 p.

As probably would the lads at Clear because atm all they look like is a bunch of incompetent clowns impersonating brokers

Sad to say that at the present time this RNS is tantamount to putting “lipstick on a pig”, hopefully their brokers Clear can start earning their keep and tighten up the stock.

I think you need to recognise the sales cycle for products such as these. It takes time to get traction and longer to get momentum.

What makes you think the numbers on that page are the total users?

what so everyone brought at 30 pence? that was the closing price before suspension after a sharp run up. obviously we are all underwater but there are more than a few spacs that are now suspended and likely shareholders have lost everything, at least we have the ability here to recoup funds. its part and parcel of buying into a company with no business, was looking to buy one and would need to be suspended to close any acquisition. it was speculative and high risk. people need to stop ********, look at what we now have a share in and if you like it promote it far and wide - thats the best way for all to recoup as much as possible. ******** about the past does nothing.

Every signal company this management team have promoted in London have gone for big share price runs. There is practically no other company in which a retail investor can participate in the AI revolution.

You guys should look at Cykel's website, 400+ customers using the product. All they have said publicly was on 4 December 2023 that beta testing of the product had been completed, I feel lots of news flow to come....
