Further to the last update on 30/03/23

The Company will publish all the information relating to the financial settlement process including necessary documentation by 16th May 2023.

Proceeds of the Licensing and DaaP sale agreements will be paid out to the shareholders by appointed agents.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements.

I see the pound has strengthened and against dollar is currently 0.8 but looking at the next month it's forecast to get stronger, by beginning of May possibly up to .85/.86 which will make a big difference.

Are there any forex experts out there and if so what's your opinion, also does anyone have any idea when the conversion would take place?

My internal countdown clock is nearly self-combusting.

So at 11.21 someone bought 14,519,411 for .1495 per share, selling at 11.42 for .1465 per share. Net loss about £430, very strange indeed

I have been loading up all the way down from .2 but moreso over last few days, still sitting on a loss but my average is right down to a little under .17. Patience is the key here

I telephoned HL this morning as my shares are still showing and gave them the details of the letter received by some from Jarvis. They said that they had not had any correspondence from the Company.

I asked them their thoughts on the letter and what constituted a Mandatory Corporate Event, they said it would usually be something like a share split, de-listing or dividend payment, something the shareholder has no say in.

They also said that if this was something that had come from the company then it would have been issued to all brokers and that Jarvis may have done this as a result of the previous de-listing in 2017.

It would be really useful if someone who has an account with Jarvis could call them to find out what triggered this letter.

Gutted, and just to rub salt in the wound, HL kindly executed a limit order for nearly £10k moments after the RNS, just couldn't cancel in time @ 15.37 :-(
