I'm not overly happy with HL no longer doing BED and ISA/SIPP but what i have found with them is if I put an order in quite often they don't execute immediately but at a better price for you if they see it going lower/higher depending on your trade. I think they get it right about 75% of the time so i tend to leave them to it now and not jump in to do manually. Thats my experience anyway but i think they've got it wrong with you this morning

I would just like to share an experience from yesterday

I took my father who is an avid fan of the opera to see Mozart's Don Giovanni at the Wales Millennium Centre, before it began the Director came out to advise us that the main character was played by a Ukranian whos family were still in Kyiv, there were loud applause from a packed theatre. His performance was brilliant, not personally a fan of opera myself but I found it extremely moving to see this man who must have been struggling with the thoughts of his family to still carry on and perform as he did. There were tears falling down his face as he received at the end the standing ovation for several minutes.

I say they are a very strong people and deserve huge respect for the fight they are putting up.
