2febe - the problem often is that people like yourself sell your Boohoo shares expecting to make more money elsewhere when in reality you end up investing in shares which lose you money.

It's results that matter for the Boohoo Share Price.

Classhero - we'll know better when the Boohoo Group final year results for year ending 28 February 2021 are released on Wednesday 5 May 2021. The estimated eps for these results is 8.56p.

Classhero- so sorry my mistake the estimate for eps for year ending 28 February 2022 is 10.83p.

At least !6p will be achieved for final year results for year ending 28 February 2024.

So 16p will be achieved well before 2026.

Analysts have estimated 30% growth for the next 5 years for Boohoo Group compared to the actual 45% growth for Boohoo Group for the last 4 years.

Analysts like to be cautious with their estimates.

The estimated earnings per share (eps) by Stockopedia for final year results ending 28 February 2021 is 8.56p

So 8.56p x 1.3 x 5 is 55.64p. 55.64p is the estimated eps in five years time, i.e. 2026. The 1.3 is the calculation used for the 30% growth. The 5 is for 5 years.

To work out a future estimated share price for 5 years i.e. 2026 then it is 55.64p which is the future estimated eps x 52.7 which is the average pe. This works out at a future estimated share price in 2026 of £29.32

So Boohoo Group need to grow their eps each year by 30% to get to a share price of £29.32 in five years i.e. 2026

If the eps growth each year of 30% is lower then the future share price will be lower.

If the eps growth each year is higher than 30% then the future share price will be higher.

Please remember analysts are using a cautious estimated lower growth of 30% for the next five years for Boohoo Group.

1) 5 year EPS growth rate estimate from yahoo finance (analysis page) is 29.9% per year. From the balance sheet we can see that equity has grown from £85.5million in 2015 to £569 million in 2020. That is 46% per year compounded growth.

2) The 5yr historic PE from MSN Money price ratios is High of 70.86 and low of 37.69 is 52.7 average.

3) Current EPS (TTM) is 5.3p x growth rate 1.3 x 10 yrs = 69. Therefore the estimated EPS is 69p in 10yrs.

4) The earnings per share of 0.69p x the future PE of 52.7 gives a share value in 10 yrs of £35.88.

5) If you take 15% profits year on year from this sum you achieve a current fair price of £7.71

6) discount this by 50% for a margin of safety purchase price of £3.85.

Basically you can buy this share all the way up to £3.85 and still get a fantastic bargain.

As stated already by ragtrade - Mitch Hughes from Arcadia's Topshop is joining Boohoo to run the Arcadia brands bought by Boohoo which are Burton, Wallis and Dorothy Perkins. Mitch Hughes is a huge plus for Boohoo Group.

It looks like Kallumama has shares in premier foods and no shares in Associated British Foods (ABF). ABF own Primark. so how come Kallumama has no shares in ABF.

Kallumama needs to buy shares in Associated British foods if he believes in Primark so much. Put your money where your mouth is, Kallumama, and stop bashing Boohoo Group.
