I like to explain things to people in case they don't know what uncrossed trade means.

AimLeeroy - an uncrossed trade (UT) is held everyday at about 16.35pm to determine the closing share price for Boohoo.

Boohoo have already proven how excellent they are at disrupting the market and grabbing market share. They'll do the same with Debenhams.

Boohoo Group have many touch points to attract customers of all ages and well known recognised brands.

Boohoo is a successful market disruptor.

For me, as an investor in Boohoo. I prefer for Boohoo to do things slowly and get it right.

If anyone can grow Debenhams, then Boohoo can.

Boohoo have already proved how they can grow business from Boohoo itself which grew from £140m to an estimated £1.7bn for year ending 28 February 2021.

USA Nasty Gal which was bought for £20 million and grown into revenue of £100m within 2 years.

Boohoo do things at their own pace so they get it right. They'll do the same with Debenhams.

It looks to me like the Boohoo share price is back to its old trading range which is to get past 350p after going up and down in the 340s and even back into 330s before getting past the 350p.

I think the same will happen with the 360p trading range and so on from there.

Kallumama - High Street Stores have warehouses too. Where do you think they keep their stock? It's not all in their stores. High Street Stores have double the costs of stores and warehouses plus the staff for all these.

Boohoo have always stated their return figures at their AGMs and their return figures have always been lower than ASOS.

You've bought into the hype that there will be higher operational costs for Boohoo due to suppliers. That is hype and has already been proved wrong in the financial updates since July 2020.

Young people will never be fed up of online hence why they're always on social media. Older people are time conscious and online suits this.

Most of the payment for PLT was in Boohoo shares so hence why Umar Kamani will be growing and growing prettylittlething so his Boohoo shares also rise with this growth.

Stop believing the hype and start doing your own research on Boohoo.

Kallumama - you've so much to learn. Mahmud Kamani's stake may have been 60% before IPO however for an IPO he had to sell most of this stake. The Boohoo share price at IPO was 50p. It is now 359p. Mahmud Kamani's 13% shareholding in Boohoo is areound 150m shares at 359p is around £539 million. Mahmud Kamani wants to grow his £539 million In Boohoo shares by growing the Boohoo business and therefore the share price.

The figures for prettylittlething were always in the financial statements for Boohoo because Boohoo owned two thirds of prettylittlething from 2017.

Shein, MKS and Next need to watch out for Boohoo. It is Boohoo who will be taking market share of MKS and Next with the Debenhams purchase. Shein have the worst reviews you can read so they're no big threat to Boohoo. Boohoo is their threat.

Young people always find money to buy clothes and more and more of them will go to Boohoo for the price and fashion. Boohoo are miles ahead of the pack when it comes to getting the latest trends online. Primark don't have a look-in with this.

Ageens - I'm not into trading. I'm a buy and hold investor with continuous research. Last year was certainly not a normal year for Boohoo.

For me, Buy and hold investing has made me more money than trading has ever done. I prefer to spend time researching rather than trading. Researching produces more lucrative results for me than trading ever did.

1) 5 year EPS growth rate estimate from yahoo finance (analysis page) is 29.9% per year. From the balance sheet we can see that equity has grown from £85.5million in 2015 to £569 million in 2020. That is 46% per year compounded growth.

2) The 5yr historic PE from MSN Money price ratios is High of 70.86 and low of 37.69 is 52.7 average.

3) Last EPS was 5.3p x 30% growth rate 1.3 x 10 yrs = 69p. Therefore the estimated EPS is 69p in 10yrs.

4) The earnings per share of 0.69p x the future PE of 52.7 gives a share value in 10 yrs of £35.88.

5) If you take 15% profits year on year from this sum you achieve a current fair price of £7.71

6) discount this by 50% for a margin of safety purchase price of £3.85.

Basically you can buy Boohoo shares all the way up to £3.85 and still get a fantastic bargain.

I have run this calculation on a multitude of companies, and none meet the criteria.

If you can find any companies with a solid history of exceptional trading like Boohoo that have lost substantial value through no real fault then please let me know of them.
